I've been using it on live performances for wedding events ever since I've received it. Normally these venues do not provide guitar amps. I'm surprised with the sound coming out from wedge speakers. The quality is superb as well as the way it fits my board.

The best budget friendly DI box on the market. This is my second one. The last one got watch damage (my fault).I don't use the cabinet simulator because I like to be in more control of my amp sounds (also it doesn't make much sense to put this feature on a DI box considering it's the last item in the signal chain).This pedal is perfect for anyone who needs a DI on their pedalboard without taking up a lot of space/power. Also if you use HX stomp/Boss gt1000core this is a great option.ITS A DI, NOT MUCH TO IT!

It is a cheap alternative to running your pedalboard through a PA system, when forced to do so without an amp. The other more expensive ones have more options, but this will get you by. Would I prefer the more expensive ones over this? Why YES I would! But I am on a tight budget, and the show was once every two or three months and was a non paying thing. The cab emulator does help it over the sterile non cab emulator types. And my big board I had to use this on doesn't sound right straight into a DI w/o a cab emulator. Does it sound as good as my JCM900 into a 2x12 with 70W Celestians? ummmmmmm, no, it doesn't. But I was told by the soundman no amps onstage. And I'm a nice guy....
