MOR Little Luxuries Hand Cream 50ml - Snow Gardenia

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

This is not the most hydrating hand cream I've ever used, but it's a great way to layer that gorgeous marshmallow fragrance. I use this hand cream during the day so I can maximise my fragrance because I just love this scent and want to make it last as long as I can. My hands need something a bit more heavy duty overnight though so I view this purely as fragrance with a little hydration hit. This pretty and elegant tube makes my handbag contents seem a bit more glam. Makes a gorgeous gift as well as a little treat for myself.

Heartbroken to find that the products I had ordered the previous week were now 20% off. My fiancé convinced me to contact Beauty Affairs and they were kind enough to refund the difference. What absolute legends! Beauty Affairs, thank you so much. You have a very happy and extremely loyal customer here.

When I think of delicious skincare products the MOR marshmallow hand cream springs to mind! Now when you think marshmallows you think of something that's very sweet but MOR does a great job of balancing the scent out to make it sweet but very palatable. It has a bit of rose in it which counteracts the sweetness but nevertheless it's an addicting fragrance! The hand cream is just divine because it's creamy, absorbs easily and I don't have to worry about it feeling greasy on my hands. I have really dry hands and cuticles so using this cream does wonders. It's small enough to fit in my handbag and I like to use it throughout the day. I recommend trying out all the different hand creams because they all smell amazing!

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have found my holy grail! My thin, bleached, dry hair, was left feeling so hydrated, silky and shiny. Usually moisturizing shampoo and conditioners weigh my hair down but this is the first range I have found that has left my hair looking so healthy, moisturized and full of volume. My hair has never looked or felt healthier and contains no nasties or silicones. Love it, the best on the market!

I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you!
