Moroccanoil Smoothing Lotion 300 ml

I already use the Moroccan oil every time on my hair, but I just felt that my hair needed more moisture. Recommended! I highly recommend using this smoothing lotion. I already use the Moroccan oil, but I just felt that my hair needed more moisture. I use one pump for my hair which is just above shoulder length and apply it to towel dried before blow drying. When my hair is three quarters dry, I then use a little of the Moroccan oil to make sure that my hair does not dry out. Since using this product, I have noticed much difference. One of my favourite smoothing lotions . Not a strong smell, not crunchy or sticky, adds moisture hydration, tames frizz. Its one of my go to for years. I'm a former hairstylist and was introduced to this brand when I worked in salons and its been a favourite for years. I also love their more affordable sister brand "Verb Haircare"

Good product for aesthetic uses but doesn't change much the texture of the actual hair. I use it whenever I need to blow dry my hair and it works pretty great to smooth the frizzes but other than that my hair condition didn't really improve or worsen in the last year that I've been using it. I probably wouldn't repurchase it considering the price but if you have money to spend and want something to tame the pouffy hair, go for it!

Great before blow drying / dyson airwrap

Love using this before I blow dry my hair with my dyson! It’s smoothes but also keeps my hair so light weight. If I use this before styling my hair with my blow dryer it holds my styling well, and I don’t even need to use hairspray after! Seriously love this cream!

LOOOVE THE SCENT!!

This makes my fine hair smooth and shiny without weighting it down at all. I use a pea size amount and work it through the my wet hair focusing on the ends and mid hair (be sure to avoid the roots as it can make them a little greasy) I like to use this the next day if I have any bed head frizz and it helps to control it. I also LOVE the scent!! It makes my hair smell like I have just left the salon every time I use it. I will definitely repurchase his over and over again. I hope they never change the scent!

I have wavy, fairly fine hair, and static is my biggest annoyance and the main reason I kept my hair short for many years. Now that I am going grey, I also have frizz, and the smoothing lotion tames that, too. My dermatologist told me to stop using it because of the scent, but I can't do without it!WavyMediumFrizz and static

Perfect for my finer hair

I got a sample at Sephora before buying this product. I have fine, oily hair that is usually a little frizzy around the temple. This product is great - light weight, doesn't take much product to make a huge difference (dime size for my longer hair). It smells really good, maybe a little bit nutty, a little bit fruity. Nothing crazy. I love using it for a blow dry - it keeps my hair very silky the next day. Sometimes I follow up with a Moroccanoil mending infusion on day 3.

Really smooths and tames my bleached hair

I gave 4 stars because the scent it way too strong for me but I love how it really smooths my brittle bleached hair. I have dark brown wavy medium length hair and half a pump covers it all. I don't put any on my roots because it tends to make them greasy. I wish they had an unscented or lightly scented version!

Smells divine, feels divine - good product

I am comparing this product to the discontinued Matrix Shaping Oil Cream - my all time favourite product.I have short, thick, coarse hair and let’s start by the smell - it is absolutely divine. The product is smooth and easy to apply with the pump and leaves my hair feeling soft all day with a lovely shine to it. Downside, I am finding I am using more than what I actually need to control the fine stray hair strands that make it seem I have a halo!!! Would make travelling difficult as you will need to decant product into a leak proof container. Does compare well to the discontinued Matrix product and overall it is a good substitute for me and my needs.

I’m really enjoying this. It has that strong signature scent that lingers a few days after blow drying. It also leaves my hair frizz free after using it with my Revlon one step drying brush. Usually after blow drying my hair without this (or having it professionally blown out with minimal product) it will look best on the third day but with this smoothing lotion it looks sleek right after. That being said, my blow dry doesn’t last as long, it’s not fresh as long as it usually is because of this product but I do appreciate the quick frizz free results! And I’ll continue to buy the mini because it’s a decent size and I can see this lasting months. I have medium thick, naturally curly hair, that goes past my mid back.
