Bought a week ago. Used it to toast a wide slice of bread from a bakery from frozen. It had to go through twice and then was burnt on the edges.Then tried to toast three pslices of ALDI Viva bread. Pretty standard size bread. Two slices do not go in to the toaster side by side. Toasted one slice in each side, the toaster is not deep enough to toast the whole piece at once. It came out burnt on one side and not toasted on the exposed part of the bread. If you like toast which fades to bread rather than just toast this is the appliance for you.i would like to meet the designer and see the size of bread upon which the toaster was designed. Certainly not the standard bread size where I am.It's being returned to the store.

Toasts really well, good for thicker bread and stylish looking also with the matching kettle

This is a terrible toaster. It over-toasts one side of your bread and leaves the other untoasted. Do not buy it.
