A "must have" duo!

I've been on the look out for a double stroller that would be a great fit for my boys( a 2 year old and my 5 month old) I was super happy and surprised with the nano. My boys are really tall for their ages and it can handle their weights with ease. The height of the handle bar even works well for my very tall husband whose 6.5ft. We recently went away on a trip and we loved that the nano duo took next to no space in our car which makes it a winner in my eyes. My favorite parts would have to be that it folds down fast, its light weight, and its material makes for fast cleaning. I also love that it has extra storage and has a toggle for reclining each seat. Highly recommend :)

A good travel buggy at best

Great travel buggy/ is very light .Pros-- Good alternative to the duet for travelling ( but not for long walks )- Great sun canopy for shade- so light and folds down so easily!Cons-- Does not do well on anything other than smooth pavement , wheels are v, small and not built for anything more.- Does not steer easily , especially with two little ones in it- seats do not recline at all so if you want sleepers on the go they need to nap in the upright position- very limited storage below ( you can’t fit a standard baby rucksack easily)It suited our needs but for the price it’s not all that great. Wish it could recline like the duet. Think the price is more reflective of the brand than the quality

Absolutely in love!!

Best double pram I’ve ever come across! I replaced my tandem for this, which was really heavy, hard to manoeuvre! This one is really lightweight and easy to get around with, not too wide and have had no problems getting in and out of doorways etc. If you’re like me and have bad anxiety going out alone with 2 baby’s, this is a lifesaver. I don’t fear getting on busses anymore😂 only downside is because of its lightweight frame and small wheels, it’s definitely more of a city pram. Getting around in rough ground is hard.

Badly designed and made
26 February 2020

I recently purchased this for our twin boys to use when going to Copenhagen for 4 days as our other one is too big and bulky. This buggy sadly was a big let down, firstly the padding on the shoulder straps keep coming away and it’s very difficult to adjust and secondly the fabric at the rear that covers from the hood to the seat is only held on by velcro and that is very inadequate and not strong enough. The folding of the buggy once mastered is easy enough however you do end up feeling like you have just wrestled a crocodile and the clip that secures it in place could do with being slightly longer in length to make this issue easier. Also the little velcro strap that is attached to the handle to secure to the base when folded again could do with being a little ... MoreI recently purchased this for our twin boys to use when going to Copenhagen for 4 days as our other one is too big and bulky. Also the little velcro strap that is attached to the handle to secure to the base when folded again could do with being a little longer, the carry strap the you se once you have wrestled the crocodile to fold it keeps hanging and dragging on the floor when pushing it. The baskets are very flimsy and we kept loosing item when walking and pushing it along the pavement and every time you open it up from the folded position you need to secure the seats at the top before you attempt to put your little bundle of joys in it. Overall my view on this buggy is its far to highly priced for what it is and for that price I would expect a more better quality build buggy.

Brilliant double pushchair
9 July 2019

I searched high and low for a lightweight pushchair with a compact fold to fit in my car boot. I have purchased doubles in the past and they have taken up the whole boot or have been really heavy. The nano ticked all of my boxes for size and weight and I am so happy that I purchased it. I still have space in the boot for shopping. It is nice and smooth to push. The hoods also provide a good amount of shade and the recline allows several positions for my toddler also. So far I have used the pushchair for two weeks and have no negatives to report although the under basket I would prefer with slightly deeper sides. It looks as though items could fall out but they haven't so far so perhaps will not. Other than that I cannot fault the nano duo at all.

Great for holidays
6 June 2022

I purchased this as a holiday buggy for my 26 month old twin boys. With 3 holidays booked abroad and possible day trips this buggy is perfect and folds really small. One of the biggest things i love is that when folded it fits perfectly in the back of my discovery land rover which has a boot size of around 1foot i depth with all 7 seats in use.My reason for a 4* is that it is abit tricky to fold and that for the price it doesn't come with a rain cover.I will now have to pay a further £50 for the cover which is very disappointing.(Photo of my boys meeting their nan in Germany for the first time due to covid)

Incredible, light, and manhandles Portugal's cobblestones
6 November 2019

This stroller was our stroller of champions during travels to the UK and Portugal. It endured a LOT of cobblestone streets, in the rain, and left us in awe. The storage was amazing. It had the exact range I was looking for in regards to sit/sleep positioning. It was perfect in airports and on subways, in tight European coffee shops and restaurants. It impressed the parents and non parents with its narrow footprint. THANK YOU to the engineers and designers and think tankers for your efforts to define and execute a BRILLIANT stroller.

Mountain Buggy Nano Duo & Cocoon Bundle - Nautical Blue
19 December 2019

This is truly the best buggy I’ve ever had. I have already had a select, Donkey, and maclaren. I purchased the nautical blue which appears a lot darker than the picture. The pram is so light and easy to fold once you get the hang of it. It folds up into a suitcase size rectangle that is narrow in depth and can even fit behind my seats in my boot. It stands up once folded and even has a shoulder strap. The harness straps are really easy to change the sizes of which is important especially at this time of year when the children are wearing thick coats and then take them off inside shops etc. The buckle on the harness is easy to click into place and has 4 points so you can just have it on the lap if you wanted to. Also stiff enough button that children won’t be able to ... MoreThis is truly the best buggy I’ve ever had. I have already had a select, Donkey, and maclaren. Also stiff enough button that children won’t be able to undo it themselves! The seats are really long my 3 year old is nowhere near the top and the hood is fixed way above the seat so it gives even more head height. The hood is very deep and comes down almost all the way over them. The brake is easy to get on and off and ‘flip flop friendly’ as they say. The only downsides are the wheels are very small so a bumpy ride over stony ground, when it was reclined the youngest very much open to the elements the seat was just supported by 2 small straps attached to the chassis, the back of the hood that is meant to attach to the seat to stop it flapping around would not Velcro to the seat because they’ve stitched the wrong type of Velcro both sides, I have emailed the company but not heard anything. I think with a younger child some kind of cocoon or foot muff would be need to make the child feel more secure and safe once reclined. Otherwise this is a great pram very pleased I bought it.

Mountain Buggy Nano Duo Stroller Black
10 August 2023

Nice and compact stroller for us to keep in the car for my twins for trips to the shops, etc. Giving it 4 stars only because the basket underneath isn’t that big (so I can’t fit the nappy bag in there), the fold is a bit tricky, and I purchased the grab bar but the pram doesn’t fold with this attached. Also be careful which pram liners you put on it, anything too long will stick out the end when the pram is folded.

The size is a game changer
26 August 2019

This is the only double stroller I found that can fold compactly enough to be taken on the train (luggage must be max 62 linear inches, the Nano duo is 61 linear inches). It manœuvres beautifully one handed at the supermarket, passes through every door I encounter. Easy to get up and down the stairs when folded, a must for appartement living. It does however has the disadvantage of small wheels : there is a lot of drag on gravel trails, so I avoid them with this stroller, but that type of terrain is not a problem for larges wheels on my jogging stroller. Also, the Nano Duo has trouble going over uneven sidewalk slabs and forcefully comes to a full stop when there is a big difference, which is not great. But a bit of careful manoeuver counter acts this.
