I've taken it out in light showers and all OK, but haven't done a hike in the rain who has would be the real test.I'd read that the pocket is top small to use as a stuff sack, and I'd agree with that. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the men's jackets, so I suspect the women's have smaller pocket design.

It's light weight and a lovely colour. The fit is good, giving me enough room to wear a jumper underneath if I need too but is also fine without. I can't fold it into the pocket, it doesn't fit. I haven't worn it in wet weather so don't know how it performs yet.
