MRM Veggie Protein with Superfoods Vanilla 1.26 LB (570 g)
Spirulina, Arthrospira platensis, is a blue-green algae that has been cultivated and used as a complete food for thousands of years. In the Aztec culture it was called “Tecuitlatl” and was produced, collected and sold dried in cakes. The protein in spirulina is unusual for a plant-based source as it is “complete”. That means it contains all of the “essential” amino acids, those that our body cannot manufacture and must be consumed in food. It contains abundant amounts of many vitamins and minerals.

We absolutely love this product. We tried many plant based powders and could not bear them but this powder is by far the BEST tasting and most nutritious we have tried and the only one we love. Yes it is a bit chalky, like ALL plant protein powders, you cant escape it, but this product is not overly chalky and it is so tasty, that the chalkiness fades into the background. It is also easy to digest when we use it with plant based milk and ice cream. We are so happy we found this.

"Veggie Protein" vs "Veggie Elite" --- this one is more expensive for the amount of protein you get (it's only 2g difference though); in exchange, it has a slightly higher edge on vitamins (iron, potassium, etc) plus additional omega 3 + 6. can't say if the "fruit + veggie" blend would be helpful or not, depends on your regular diet. the texture is slightly sandy/gritty, not the worst. taste is not too sweet, but stevia is definitely recognisable. it's not absolutely horrible but not a great taste either - i mixed it with water. after i added a banana and peanut butter, to make it a little more palatable.normally i use a mix of plain pea/pumpkin seed/flax/hemp, with a tbsp or so of date paste and cacao powder - that's my baseline.i would only repurchase if on sale.

Vegan protein blend. It contains enzyme blend, many types of amino acids and great ingredients (some of them are organic). It doesn't contain added sugar and is sweetened with stevia leaf extract.Although nutritional value and ingrediends are great, the cholcolate flavor is not really pleasant.
I usually by the Sun Warrior mocha flavor vegan protein powder but I haven't been able to find it on PF. So, I tried the Veggie Protein with Superfoods again. The powder is hard to mix in my daily vegan yogurt. And it taste thick and powdery so I cut the measurement in half.Perhaps, the chocolate flavor is better tasting than the vanilla one.
It’s been fantastic for boosting my protein intake, especially as someone who follows a mostly plant-based diet. I’ve noticed increased energy levels during workouts, improved muscle recovery, and a satisfying feeling of fullness that helps curb my snacking. The added superfoods provide extra nutrients that I feel contribute to my overall health and wellness.
The quality, ingredients, and overall composition of the product are wonderful! The powder dissolves well into my daily oatmeal, but there is a little bit of grit. But it makes it easy to reach my protein goals. It does taste like chocolate compared to other plant-based proteins I've tried. This ranks as one of the best-tasting plant proteins I have tried. The packaging is also pretty well fit for the amount of powder.
The quality of the plant protein powder was good, the powder was really fine which made mixing it into oatmeal (my preferred method of consuming protein powder) very easy. It also allowed me to meet my lifestyle goals while sticking to a more plant-based diet! The overall container size was a bit large relative to the amount of powder that's in the jug, but I guess that's how most protein powder containers are...
