Muc-Off Ultimate Cleaning Kit

The full kit is very useful and contains everything you need. However, the drivetrain cleaner/degreaser didn't do as good a job as I'd hoped, even though the chain wasn't really extremely grimey to begin with. I might consider a dedicated chain cleaning tool after this experience. This aspect is very important, as the drivetrain is a constantly moving and wearing part on the bicycle, so it brings the whole kit from a 4 to a 3.

The greatest kit for your bike. Maybe as Muc-off manager I would add a dry lube too and slightly increase the price. I must say as well, that my "Soft Washing Brush" came with full of dust, as if someone would sweep the racks with it. :-) I don't know, if that's made on purpose, but if so, PLEASE, write it on the product. I was so angry, because of that, hence just 4 stars.

The ultimate bicycle cleaning kit works very well for all bikes. After watching the YouTube video, I think I will buy the bicycle pressure washer to go along with this kit. Great products, will continue buying from this company.

We spend a lot of money on our bikes and up til now I havent found anything as good as the products from Muc Off. They are not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. I would highly recommend.

Great Muc-off products, but box not worth it

I’ve always bought Muc-off products to clean my bike, so with this on a discount thought it could be handy to have a box to store them in. In reality, the box is very small and flimsy. Because, on delivery, the sponge is vacuum packed and lids aren’t on bottles, the box does not even hold its original contents once you start using them. It’s also quite flimsy: the clips don’t properly align, making shutting it tricky.So best bet is to buy the products individually: this box doesn’t actually save you any money.Usual great service from Sigma, though!

Keeps my bike running, keeps me smiling..

It has everything in a small bucket you could need to clean and maintain your bike - if you're just a noob or a seasoned pro. Great selection of robust and well-designed tools allow you to get into nooks, crannies, chain rings, gears, forks and the cleaners themselves are a good mix of cleaning and lubricating. It really is good value and keeps my bike running, especially during the winter months, though you should always seek professional servicing for your bike at least once a year.

Poorly Packaged Damaged and Missing Items

The box wasnt closed when they shipped it. All the contents all over the place. One of the cleaning solutions punctured and 1/4 of product leaked inside the box.The leak made the package wet and the cardboard lost its integrity creating a large hole. Detailing Brush not included/likely fell out of the damaged box during shipping.The soft brush looks very old, bristles bent and missing in one section.Absolutely train wreck of a purchase.Absolutely train wreck.

Surely good product, but poor standard from supplier.

When I received the package and unpacked it, the tool box was broken. Inside the box was a brush that seemed to have been used as a dust brush. The product is probably really fine, but the set I have received seems like a set that is tied together by what you just had on the shelves.
