Multiline laser with class 2 green beam (510-530nm) with 1 xr lithium 18v 2ah battery, charger and case

A tester

A disappointing experience so far...

When I collected the unit from the store the box was battered. Didn't think too much about it. Got it to site and when tested on a level surface the lines flash indicating a out-of-level error. The manual is clear; don't trust the unit if it does this. Took the unit back to Toolstation; had to explain to the counter staff how a laser level works, and then what was wrong. Toolstation have no more in stock (despite the app showing 20+ available) so they can offer me a refund. Not much help as I need the unit... so now I'm waiting for DeWalt to collect and repair the unit under warranty.

Dewalt Laser

Only regret is did not buy this years ago, brilliant, easy to work with, have lots of other lasers that are no longer needed, this laser does it all, the lines are crystal clear, i use a 5ah battery and still not had to recharge after several hours of use

Get the item checked before you leave the store.

After payoff this item was notified that this was in stock, collected it and brought it home. Once opened I was upset that the laser was not in the box. Went back the following day, and felt like I was being interrogated by the staff and felt like they were saying I had took this from the box.I was told by the staff that they should of shown the product to me upon collecting this from them. The staff after they spoke to the manager who agreed for the full refund to be given, the explained that on any unit like this you should be shown this by the staff before you take this item off of them. After full refund searched for this again, and found it cheaper elsewhere and purchased this from another online store.
