Murad Blemish Control Clarifying Cleanser 200ml

I love this product! I just bought my second bottle. It is great for sensitive skin. It has a light fragrance of mint. It leaves your skin feeling super clean. I use it with my foreo scrub dupe in the shower to exfoliate. It helps with acne and dry skin. It leaves your skin fresh with a little mint stingy clean feeling. Definitely worth the money!

I have struggled with acne and oily skin my whole life, I've tried multiple products from multiple brands and I've had multiple bad experiences with quite a few products and this is definitely one of them - I've always heard amazing things about Murad and when I saw this I just had to grab it and I do love a few of their other products from other lines! This cleanser came in a acne set which also came with a mattifier SPF and a acne controlling lotion and the whole line for me was a no-no. My skin became SUPER irritated while using these products. The cleanser burned my skin as soon as I started applying it, especially closer to my nose/eye area. The acne control product did nothing for my acne but left my skin red and sensitive and I have never been one to have sensitive skin. The SPF went through the same path, I tried it for a few days to see if maybe it was just a bad first impression but it did the same for my skin and also made it sensitive to the point where it would hurt to wash it off. I do believe it was bad luck sadly because like mention I've had Murad products that I've liked before but I wouldn't recommend this line/product at all.

I don't have acne but I do get breakouts around my chin area sometimes. When that happens and my skin is being problematic this is my go to cleanser! It really does help clear up those pesty pimples. When I feel a breakout or a pimple coming I will use this. I like a good cleanser that lathers up nicely that way I know my face is clean. It's not to harsh or drying as I have oily combo skin it can be used at night and in the morning. It has 1.5% salicylic acid an acne fighting and pore clearing ingredient along with green tea extract that can help soothe any irritation. It does have scent to it but it doesn't bother me especially being a wash off treatment it doesn't linger. Recently, I have noticed I've been experiencing a lot of skin congestion and breakouts especially in my chin area. I recently came off of a strict diet so I attribute these skin issues due to that. I have a few Murad products that I alternate into my routine and being that I've only had positive results with the line, I ultimately chose this cleanser to combat said issues. I love that you do not need much of this gel cleanser to thoroughly clean your face. A little truly goes a long way. You do immediately get a tingling/cooling sensation when using this cleanser but I have not found it to irritate my sensitive skin at all. No adverse reactions whatsoever. I use this at night after a long day of work. It gets all the from off. So, this is a drying product but knowing that I just follow with a gentle toner and good moisturize. I personally have battled adult acne but I had horrible cystic acne. I do not use this product for that type but rather that annoying pre flow week break out. I use it before my normal beginning to my cycle starts g and I can almost avoid a breakout. I have a very strict schedule for my face products and I just keep track of changes in my skin I really do love this was. I feel clean afterwards. You do have to follow up though with a good toner and moisturizer because the acid levels are high for some people. i had severe acne for 2 years non stop, back to back! Nothing would help and i had spent thousands of dollars on skincare products before Starting w Murad. Im usually impatient and quick to move to another brand but something told me that murad was it! So i stuck to it and the after pictures were taken no later than 2 months from the before and I believe everything else speaks for it self. I have repurchased it 4 times now and my face hasnt gotten that bad ever since. I also paired it up with the resurfacing treatment from murad for the post acne scars and I have definitely repurchased that as well! It works well with scars marks as well as the ice pick marks! LOVE this cleanser!

I have had acne for years, and this is the one cleanser that i have used that has helped clear my acne and actually keep the acne from coming back. I have been using it for about 2 months and am very pleased with the results. This cleanser has also helped keep my oily skin at bay. I recently started using it with the Acne Clarifying Treatment and the InvisiScar Post Acne Treatment from Murad as well, and this is the best my skin has looked in a very long time. The cleanser does have a cooling effect, but I personally do not mind the feeling. When I first started using it, my skin did feel very dry, but my skin became acclimated after about a week of using it and no longer feels dried out. Large size pump doesn't work!!

I love this product! I'm in my 50's and still get hormonal pimples. I've been using this for years and it works without over drying. I bought the new large size with the pump to use in the shower. As other recent reviews have stated, the pump on the Value Size does not work properly whatsoever. It is very disappointing to spend $50+ (with tax)on a product to find that when you go to use it, the size of a half of a pea comes out. I had to pump it 15 times just to get enough on the wash cloth. Very frustrating. I'm going to transfer it to another bottle because the product itself is great, but this should have been tested prior to marketing it, as it obviously isn't a fluke since others have stated the same thing. Once they change the bottle to a working one, I'll change the review to 5 stars. I do recommend the Murad Anti-Aging Acne Time Release Acne Cleanser for people with skin breakouts, though! The Murad Acne Control Clarifying Cleanser in the regular and mini size work great and are in a tube with no application problems. This Cleanser leaves your face with a feeling that is very cool and invigorating, while helping to getting rid of unwanted oil, and it does wonders for helping bumps to disappear.

VALUE SIZE PUMP IS A NO GO.I’ve been married to this cleanser for years and don’t think I’ll ever switch. It’s made an incredible difference in my skin from blackhead to whiteheads and everything in between. Controls oil but doesn’t dry. Particularly effective with a Foreo - immediate extra texture improvement without damage. Kind of pricey but last a long time and worth the results. Also love that you can buy minis for travel (and they’ll last you far longer than the duration of your trip).However after initially being excited to find the new value size with a pump, i won’t be buying it again.
