I love the free samples and bonus gifts. Quick delivery and on the one occasion that I had an issue with a gift card, they fixed it up straight away for me. Love this company!

I’m not really here to talk about the products although it is actually something I absolutely love right now (olaplex) and I absolutely do recommend it especially for people like me who has over stressed hair due to constantly bleaching and coloring! I finally found something to help my hair!

Recently experienced a internal issue where my order was accidentally cancelled so I had to follow up to rectify. The beauty consultant got back to me almost immediately. She was so apologetic and understanding and resolved the matter promptly and professionally. I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! If you ever get those deep painful cystic blemishes once in a while this is good to keep. The bottle lasts me a long time because I only get a few of those per month. Will clear it up in two days. Not good for surface acne this is meant for the under the skin ones

They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.
