I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Favorite Moisturizer

Honestly, I tried several moisturizer and I this is the best one I've used. I have combo/dry, acne prone skin, and sensitive skin. I immediately saw a difference on my skin. It's more supple, super hydrated, and less sensitive. And best part is, I didn't break out from this. I love matte foundations so when I use this before makeup...my make up looks waaaay better!!! I use this twice a day and I'm loving it. If you have same skin type like mines, try it! You won't regret it!

Goodbye dry skin

This is perfect for that dry skin in winter or for anyone that suffers with dry skin in general. It is a thick cream base that is packed full of moisture and only need a little bit to cover a full face. This is a benefit for getting more out of the product and lasting longer which is value for money. This would do well as a night cream to keep your face soft and flake free for the morning. Unfortunately my face skin suffers from a type of Rosacea and did trigger it a little bit by morning. For someone who suffers from oily skin this wouldn’t be suitable as it leaves an slick residue which holds the moisture on the skin. The product has a lovely aroma to it.

I hate the price but I had to buy after a sample!

I use Fresh overnight masks and I find my treatment products eventually pill throughout the night. Using this from Murad has my skin still glowing the next morning and does not pill with my other products that I layer. I also get microneedling done so this was great to use for the healing process. A little does go a long way and goes on like butter! I wouldn't use for daytime.

It is a firm cream, you have to know how to use it

I love this moisturizer. It was first recommended to me by my sister. It is very dense but you don't have to dig out the product to apply. You just run your fingers over the top and and a small amount melts into your skin, keeping it moisturized and glowing all day.It makes it very easy to control how much you're using, as opposed to other moisturizers which I feel are easy to overuse. One jar lasts over a few months.

Love it!

Love this product! Has helped heal my dry areas around my face as I have a combination skin while also not increasing the greasy/oily look on my forehead. Actually gives my skin a nice glow after I put it on. Like how I can just use my fingers to determine the amount of product to use which varies night/day. I also really like the blue color, something about it just feels calming.

More a balm than a cream…

Not as amazing as I was expecting. After reading lots of good reviews I was hoping this would be a holy grail product for me - but it hasn’t lived up to expectations. On the positive side my skin does seem to like the formula - it doesn’t irritate my (dry and sensitive) skin and my skin does feel soft at the end of the day. However, the negatives let it down - mainly it’s not nice to use. Firstly, it’s not a cream - it’s more of a balm. And because of the balm-like texture it doesn’t really sink into the skin - it sits on top of my skin like an oily film. In the daytime this means that my spf and make up doesn’t sit well over it. In the nightmare the oily film works it’s way down to my eyes - causing annoying blurry eyes that you get with some oils and balms. ... MoreNot as amazing as I was expecting. Ultimately, it’s not what I thought it was going to be - I’ll keep it for times when my skin is really dry/irritated and use it as a overnight mask, but as a staple in my skincare routine - this isn’t it.

bad batch or formula change

i first got this as a gift and then bought it three more times so ive been using it for awhile. the first three containers i used were bought in store and i absolutely loved it. the cream itself was firm but would just melt into your skin and feel just heavenly, you only needed a little bit. so even though it's a little pricy it does last a few months and it wasn't greasy. I used it mostly at night and would wake up to plump hydrated skin. but this last container the color is different, the cream is not nearly as firm, it feels greasy, and the worst part my skin doesn't feel hydrated. I have to use more to get the same hydrated feeling. I'm truly hoping I got a bad batch and the cream formula hasn't change.

eyes swelled shut

My eyes swelled! I made extra sure I stayed outside the brow and cheek bones (eye socket) and used it alone with none of my usual serums the 2nd time I tried it because I wasn't sure if the Murad caused the swelling. It swelled my eyes even worse than the 1st time. They looked like I'd been punched in the face! The swelling went away a few hours after washing my face, but the skin looked really creepy until it shrunk back to normal. I don't know if it was good or moisturizing for the rest of my skin because I was focused on fixing my swollen eyes. I've never had that happen with any other product before or since then, thankfully.
