The best intra-workout so far... compared to most intra workout products available in the market, this one has more ingredients/quantity per serving and you feel it during workouts. Worth the money.
The Purple grape flavour tasted great when diluted as directed. Not too sweet. Im a fan of grape flavour which helps....A tastier way to get both fluids and Aminos during a workout session.
Taste is sickly sweet if you follow the recommended mix. I just add a bit more water to make it acceptable. I find it helps me during my workouts. Not only can I lift more but in general the workouts can be much longer.
I add a scoop of creatine while mixing with water in a empty 1 litre gatorade bottle , huge difference in training to the max without the added fatigue....the best on the market I've tried so far ....stock up when on special for roughly $25 each
I always feel I have that extra bit of energy to get me through late afternoon workouts while drinking this, especially after a long day at work! Occasionally I’ll mix it with Musashi blue raspberry electrolytes & I love the flavours both on their own or together. Tastes like a real treat. :)
As per the label, it’s faultless. 3.8g leucine is the highlight here. Unfortunately, the solution froths like no other abs even after giving it 10 minutes or so, the froth remains. Maybe they need to add more letithin or use higher quality aminos to drive it into solution... Oh and in my opinion, only worth the $ value when on half price special.
