Musashi Shred & Burn 900g Protein Powder - Vanilla Milkshake

Made with water and a little crushed ice, only takes seconds to blitz and results in smooth pleasant tasting drink. Only downside is that it is sweeter than I would usually have but will suit the sweet tooth. Too soon to notice any shred but will continue using.

The chocolate milkshake flavour is really tasty. The caffeine creeps up on you though. Definitely can’t be having this and a coffee in a day. Didn’t have the protein for one day and had the worst caffeine headache ever.

Mixes well but is super sweet. As someone who is t massive on sweet foods, this stuff is almost too much to handle post workout. Flavour is fine and texture is quite pleasant when mixed with water. It almost needs a shot of espresso with it to make a mocha. Those artificial sweeteners might have no calories, but they are super sweet.

Changed from Balance vegan vanilla to this, definitely notice more energy 1.5hr before a workout and feel more lean after using this for a few weeks. Also helps with recovery, not too sore after am and pm workouts 5 days a week plus am morning wkends. Taste not great but woth 200ml water just gulping it is fine and not the worse taste in the world.

Easy way to count the protein grams

I am 52 years old and have been doing a body recomp since February this year. When I started I was tipping the scales at 113Kg. Its June and I am now 96Kg and feeling a lot better and looking younger and fitter. I use Musashi Shred & Burn twice a day, once mid-morning in a smoothie and then again after lifting dumbbells in the evening to keep my protein intake where I need it. Super easy, and I find vanilla goes with anything.

Great tasting and convenient

I purchased the Chocolate Milkshake Shred & Burn, 3 containers ago and haven't looked back. Super easy to shake up, even easier to drink. Having the scoop holder attached to the inside of the container is a super clever way of not having to dig into the powder to find it each time. I struggle to get enough protein each day so this drink is great for a boost of protein each day. Highly recommended.

Great tasting and good results so far

I love the flavours in the range, especially this one as it tastes like drinking desert. Mixes perfectly with no lumps left behind with the sportsfuel shaker, and even mixes really well into plain high protein greek yogurt with slices banana for breakfast. My body has less doms after a workouts and I feel fuller for longer. It is still early, but can already see the necessary effects and results.

Shred and burn

I love this flavour, add mixed berries and Greek yoghurt with almond milk and china seeds. A delicious mix and satisfies my sweet tooth while getting the daily doze of protein needed. Been taking in nearly two years and always the chocolate flavour. Gaining muscle and starting to see it now not just feel.

Tastes amazing and I'm loosing weight!

I have tried both the Mocha and the Chocolate flavours, and they are both amazingly yummy (my appetite is satisfied for hours after drinking one of these shakes!). I actually 'look forward' to having these shakes, which is why my weight loss has been so successful, and consistent! Tastes great

I’ve been using this for about a week. It’s the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. It taste much better than the other one they sell, I won’t mention any names. It also mixes really good, it’s not all clumpy after shaking it. Next time I’ll buy the 2kg container. I also don’t feel so laggy after a workout the next day, I like prefer to workout at night time around 7pm.
