I’ve used a lot of MuscleTech and like those before, this one did not disappoint. I’ve used many pre-workouts and often times get too much of the jitters and energy that’s almost overwhelming. My favorite thing about it his one is it’s a smooth boost of energy with a soft roll off so you don’t feel like you just dropped back to zero. I often times will workout after work and this allows me to use it at 5-6pm at night but still be able to get to sleep. It mixes very easy and the flavors are good and not bitter. My only recommendation is to follow the directions and start with a half scoop and build up your tolerance. A full scoop right out the gate can get you feeling real warm and tingly.

This is a very effective pre-workout. I have energy and drive to enjoy the struggle of lifting heavy weight. The ingredients are well balanced to not feel like too much. Beta alanine typically makes me itchy and annoyed, but not here, a slight tingle but more like excitement than agitation. I feel positive about my workout when going into it and throughout the workout. I deducted a star for food coloring and for sucralose. I would like to see monk fruit instead for a sweetener, and/or a unflavored version. Still, Muscletech is making excellent products with proven ingredients at proper dosages.

This is a great product, it gives me the energy I need without the jitters that I get from over caffeinated pre-workouts. I have good sustainable energy without any feeling of an energy crash when coming down from higher caffeine. With the 190mg of caffeine, it is enough to get me through a 90min workout without having my heart racing for hours. The product has a good texture where the entire powder dissolves, the taste has grown on me since I started using it. Unlike other pre workouts with niacin, they did not over do it, I don’t get the feeling that every blood vessel in my face is about to burst. I know some people enjoy that feeling, but I’m one that finds it very uncomfortable. Overall great product
Really like this product. The price at Walmart was pretty good too. I used this during my 10 week High-intensity total-body cycle of training. It's probably the only reason I could get through my 60 to 70 min. sessions. I used 2 servings prior to my workouts which contain close to 400 mg. of caffeine. You definitely don't want to take this during evening hours or you end up like me, in bed, wide-eyed, staring at the ceiling at 2 am. Taste was pretty decent with no chalky aftertaste.
