I am always very cautious when buying pre workout because I can be sensitive to caffeine. I know my body doesn't do well when I chug loads of caffeine quickly before a workout. So I started with around a half scoop of this preworkout and it was perfect. I felt super focused, motivated to stay in the gym and keep the chest pump going. While I did get a small headache after my workout I think the caffeine content was good for me. The flavor was really sugary (tastes like a rainbow pixie stick) for my pallette but will be buying again in a different flavor.

Very good quality. You can feel the pump after 20 mins of workout and it stays longer. Taste is also really good. Mine is fruit punch flavor which I really liked. 1 scoop dosage is more than sufficient. Packaging is also authentic. 1 scoop dosage provides you extra energy with good pump and effective result.

This has been an awesome addition to my workout routine! I am skeptical of most pre-workout formulas, as most just leave me jittery and without real energy. Not the case here! I feel a steady increase in energy over the first 30-mintues after taking, then a stable flow thereafter. I've been crushing my workouts, feeling strong throughout. Even better, is the lack of come down. I am able to go about my day after a workout feeling comfortable.
Having a nice pre-workout powder had been a game changer for me. This gives me the added energy I need to perform my workout to my fullest potential and not feel the crash afterwards . Nice taste so I have no problem using it. There is a slight tingling feeling for the first five or ten minutes but that does go away. It doesn't give me all the jitters like the previous brand I was using. The instructions are very clear so messing up isn't a issue . There are days I don't feel up to going to the gym but after my serving of this im pumped and ready to go
I like trying different pre-workout supplements. So I decided to try Shatter. It is not bad. I was hoping for a little more "get-up-and-go". It didn't give me that initial caffeine boost you usually get from a pre-workout supplement. The taste,like most pre-workout supplements was disgusting. I still have to find a decent tasting pre-workout. The size of the container was good as well as the serving size scoop. Although they could make a the scoop a little shorter. It took a second to get the scoop far enough in to close.
