Mustela Foam Shampoo For Newborns 150ml

My newborn baby developed a pretty bad (in my opinion) cradle cap. It started out with some redness, which eventually turned into scabbing patches on his head. I did some research and ultimately decided to buy the Mustela cradle cap foam shampoo and it was the best decision I made. After one wash, there was a significantly huge difference. After the second wash, his cradle cap was completely gone. 10/10 highly recommended for anyone who has little ones suffering from cradle caps.

It was simply impossible to keep silent about the Foam shampoo for newborns Mustela!!! in the end, it helped us get rid of seborrheic crusts on our daughter's head in the shortest possible time. The dispenser gives the product a snow-white foam, ready for use. It is lush, airy, very light. It holds its shape well, gradually settles on the hand as the bubbles "explode". In the bottle it looks like a clear solution for soap bubbles. The consistency is homogeneous. After drying, the hair acquires a natural healthy shine, becomes soft, silky to the touch.

Very good for baby! Quite quickly, after the first application, the crusts simply became smaller and they softened well + I combed them out after bathing. After the second application, they became even smaller. Combed again, but I never used any oils before washing. They were completely gone by about 4-5 washes. After the third application, I no longer combed out anything. Even when they were gone, I still continued to wash the child with this shampoo to fix the result.

I used this ONE time on my baby’s head. He had minor cradle cap, nothing crazy, mostly small spots and a few larger flakes. This cleared it almost entirely up after once use. Two days later, the spots were minimal whereas they would usually be coming back at their usual strength by then. I wasn’t a believer in this brand, but now I am. Don’t even waste your time with coconut oil (hate it anyway, don’t use that) or frida baby. Just get this.

I was so excited to find 3 bottles of this at my local Meijer for just $3! I have been wanting to try this brand for a while now. I tested out on my 16 month old last night it was easy to spread threw her hair it was a nice lather. Her hair was so soft and clean. The thing I don't like about it is that it's a little pricey when full price and it had a kind of smell to it that reminded me of that wet dog smell mixed with a fragrance. I don't know how else to explain it, it wasn't that bad maybe it was just this bottle. Other wise it's really nice! (The water in my picture is pink due to a colorful bath bomb)

This is great product to use if your baby has a cradle cup. I justuse it as a regular shampoo. Its recommended to gently brushthe hair while using this shampoo. It definetely helped with myfirst son and this time I am using it with my second baby. It hasno scent and the texture is lightweight.

Formula change?

Did they change the formula? When my daughter was a newborn we got a bottle of this (the one with the bears on it). Worked like a charm and she was cradle cap free for months! When the scales scalp came back we bought a new bottle (the one with the avocados) and it hasn’t worked AT ALL. We finally found the old bear bottle and it has gotten rid of 60-70% of the scales with one wash. Really disappointed that the formula seems to have changed!

Just buy it!!

Does your baby have cradle cap? What about acne? Look no further!! This stuff works wonders!! I recommend buying the FridaBaby skin soother brush to use with this! Scrub this onto baby’s head, let sit for a couple of minutes, and rinse off! Wish I knew about this with my first baby! I was able to prevent my second from getting any cradle cap with this!

Worked well immediately

My baby started getting cradle cap and I really didn't want it to get worse when it showed signs of being kinda bad. I picked this up along with Proudly brand oil, and used it with the Frida skin soother! First time I left the oil on her scalp for an hour or two before washing with the shampoo and her cradle cap was about 85% gone. Just did a second application, this time with the oil only on for a few minutes while I got the bath ready, and there's no signs of the cradle cap now. Very happy with this (and every other Mustela product we have used)

Worked wonderfully!

Wonderful! We noticed my 6 week old had some white dandruff flakes appearing and his scalp becoming dry. We jumped on it so it wouldn’t get worse and we tried olive oil and a brush but that didn’t help. So we tried this shampoo plus the safety first wet brush that’s also for cradle cap and within just one use it was completely gone!! His scalp looks like the dandruff and dryness was never there! We did this shampoo, left it for 2 minutes, then used the brush as directed, then did the shampoo again and then rinsed and it was gone! Highly recommend these products in combination!
