This is a follow up on my previous 1 star review. It's now just been over 1 year since I first bought this fridge. I've now had to take it in for repairs twice. First time to replace the thermistor in the large compartment. Then not long after I had to return it to have the thermistor of the other compartment and the control board replaced. Now I can't connect the app and was told by the repairer that the MyCoolman fridges will only connect to one device in its lifetime (or another control board is required) - I suggest to try it on your MyCoolman if you already have one. Absolute lemon product and in engineering. The efficiency of the twin tub MyCoolman fridges are quite bad. Even have a look at their specs on their website. I recently purchased a MYCOOLMAN Fridge Freezer from Anaconda at Fhyswyk and was greatly impressed with the quality of service and the knowledgeable staff. This gave me a very high level of confidence in my purchase and I wasn’t disappointed as the MYCOOLMAN fridge freezer works perfectly and makes our camping experiences that much better.

Used the 85L dual zone fridge/freezer over Christmas in the camper. Really happy with power consumption levels and the amount of supplies we can now carry. Highly recommend and impressed by the great warranty
Absolutely love myCOOLMAN 85l. Runs very quiet. Uses a lot less power than my old fridge freezer. Easy to operate and I like the simple way to swap the door direction for opening. Fits perfect in my camper with greater capacity than my old one too. Recommend these to anyone who is looking to upgrade to a quality unit.
Fits perfectly in my camper trailer. Efficient enough to cooldown drinks and keep my meat frozen fresh. Temperatures can be monitored and adjusted by your smart phone. It has a built-in AC power supply which makes it very convenient.
Loving it, fits the troopy perfectly! Very durable and heaps of space. Suprisingly not too heavy either for a larger sized fridge freezer. Used it for a fishing trip and having the Bluetooth feature was so handy while I was driving and didn’t have access to the fridge
I bought the 85l a couple of months ago, and have been running it at home under 12V and 240VAC to test and monitor its performance before taking it out. Here's my verdict:Good things:- good geometry of compartments- good looking fridgeBad things:- temperature reading is slow / inaccurate. The readout shows 3 degrees and a fridge thermometer reads 5.5 degree. So readout shows it's reached settings but compressor is running telling me the fridge knows it's out of setting but readout is out.- there's been 2 times now the fridge just lost control. The settings were 3 degrees each compartment but one got up to 12 degrees and the other -17 and it couldn't get to the set points even after a day. Switching the fridge off for a while then back on again would reset the problem - but not good enough.- I get a lot of condensation around the lids.- The Turbo button makes no difference. I used a DC power meter for this.- Even at a setting of 3 degrees my average usage is a little over 2Ah/hour at ambient of around 30 degrees. I would not call this efficient.
Bought this in an emergency for my touring setup hours before leaving as my Kings 90L died.Absolutely brilliant unit, room temp to freezing in hours, stayed on for 19 days straight. This solid sturdy unit has power inlets on both sides which was really handy.Favourite feature was the Bluetooth app, being able to check and adjust temperature / modes on the fly made things so much easier, especially on those longer drives!

After a couple of months of use, we started getting a solid E1 error, which the handbook says is low voltage error, but only if flashing. Mine is not flashing. When this error happens, the fridge stops running, which is not great when we were up at the cape with all our food defrosting. Still get this error sometimes.The latest issue is that the fridge starts freezing itself, and the freezer starts defrosting! Its like the compartments decide the switch their jobs. We have the fridge set at 4, and freezer at -16.
