MyGenie H20 Pro Wet Mop 2-in-1 Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner Handheld Recharge - Blue

This vac really SUCKS………. Great. It is so far the best ever. We have been through a few others that I would never recommend. The first news is the filtration in myGenie I find that dust does not get through to the motor like any other. We hope MyGenie will last a long time.

It's very handy for a quick clean under the dinning table, kitchen and pet feeding area, it comes with the mop parts that you can attach to the vaccum so you could do vacuum and mop at the same time. The mop part is only a "box" you could fill with water tho, there are holes underneath so it slowly damp the cloth and wet the floor, very low-tech , nothing fancy. After all you can't complain too much for this price.

I'm very surprised with the suction when using this on my rug compared to my previous stick vac. It's fabulous for value and gets the job done. I'm very happy. I haven't used the mop part yet on the floor boards though. I did however think it was going to be blue ( as per order and on the box) but it's very purple which I just love! Winning all round!!

As a stand-alone stick vacuum cleaner this item works fine. It picks up dirt well and is quiet to boot. I'm yet to have to charge it, there was a fair amount of charge in the battery out of the box. The swivel mechanism on the sweeper head is "sloppy" and it moves very differently to my old Dyson stick. It's the "wet vacuum" part which is mysterious. To turn this into a wet vacuum, you're supposed to attach a water tank behind the sweeper head, with a removeable, cleanable microfibre pad attached. However, the sweeper head specifically notes "no water" so you can only use the wet part without power, essentially turning it into a heavy mop. There are actual mops which work far better. only used a few times, but light weight, easy on my back, easy to clean carpet and great to do quick wash on lino floor areas. FANTASTIC FOR THE 65 YEAR OLD. After first use, machine was wonderful, but then power died. Recharged, then my tradie husband had to work on intricate parts of the machine to make it work again. Now working, but have not yet used water mop.

Good for small areas

It has good points but just as many bad points! Good suction Light Looks good Good manoeuvre ability. Very reasonably priced Bad points are doesn’t hang on wall only against wall on fitting so still on the floor. Badly designed unfortunately. Battery power deems only a quick vacuum around house. Brush is difficult to clean and detangle. Bad points

Good vaccum, pretty happy

Mopping as well as being able to vacuum is such a plus with this vacuum. I would prefer a stronger suction as I do have cats and the fur doesn’t always get picked up by the vaccum. It is easy to store with no cords. Emptying is so easy and convenient. Overall a 6/10.

Horrible product, don’t buy!

Worked well for a couple of days now will only turn on for 5 seconds and turn straight off no matter what. You try charge it but it does the exact same thing again. The battery is also starting to burn out. If none of this happened it would’ve been a great vacuum but very upsetting it’s not. Waiting on Myer Customer Service to reply for a refund

Not so good - disappointed

I expected to get a better quality vacuum cleaner given that $140 isn't exactly cheap. The convenience of a hand-held cordless vacuum cleaner is out of the question, but the vacuuming power is not so good, especially on carpets. Perhaps I should have invested in a more expensive one...

Not worth the time, money or wait

Read numerous reviews before purchasing - product seemed okay.Once I received the vacuum I used it once and charged it as per the instruction manual.Next time I went to use it the charge lasted about 5minutes - literally didn't even get to the other end of our hallway.Now the vacuum doesn't even turn on (even after fully charging it).Very disappointed to now have to go to the trouble of returning the faulty vacuum.
