Amazing product with 5 star customer service. Simple and easy to use without scalding yourself. Compact enough to throw in your bag and take for auditions, use at work or when sick. I use mine at my desk and after being on stage. The mist is so fine that your face is not dripping and not too hot that it leaves red marks. Control over the flow of steam and even has auto cool down after use. I have used many steamers but this one is a keeper. Not only that, customer service is outstanding with prompt responses and a helpful attitude that you don't see very often. Very happy customer! *****

This thing has a lot of highly rated reviews so I purchased one and it’s really really disappointing. First, it takes forever to charge. I had to wait two hours to use this the first time. Next the steam is almost non-existent. I had this ridiculous thing turned up to max and it barely makes steam. There is no way to exhale when it’s on your face so the action is to suck in as hard as you can to get what little steam there is and then remove your face and blow out. What a joke! Honestly folks, this is a non-returnable scam. Do not buy this.

This is my second Pur Mist the first one I purchased lasted 3 years and worked beautifully. This one not so much. It makes a horrible noise while it heats up and even when set on low the steam is scalding hot. I don't know what they changed on this version but it does not work the same. Just turning it on it sounds like its going to break apart with all the noise it makes. It quiets down after a minute or two once the steam starts but again even on low the steam is scalding. Not happy with this purchase and feel like I got a defective modle
I've been hooked on these since I started using them in 2018. However I've owned 6 and 3 (2 were warranty replacements) have failed since then. After the second unit failed, I added the water subscription to get the lifetime warranty. It has more than paid for itself. Having fought a respiratory bacterial infection for well over a decade, taking as many as 7 antibiotics a day, I finally achieved remission. During that fight, I lost about 40% of my lung capacity and deal with excessive respiratory discharge daily. The Mypurmist Free has been a tremendous help in keeping my lungs clear. I depend on them daily.
I purchased a MyPurMist primary for vocal health as I am a professional Voice Over Artist and Actor. I purchased the cordless version, however even on full charge it can't get even get through two 15 minute sessions. And when out of charge, requires many hours to go again. Steam is good but not great, controls are clumsy and when your session is over it takes ten to fifteen minutes for it to stop making the loud whirring sound it creates when in use. I assume this is due to the water still in the chamber but not it's not very quiet. Okay but overall it's a product that's worth $80 tops not the massive $400 I paid. Feeling more than a bit ripped off. Needs a lot of work.

The steam doesn't get as hot as it did with my previous steamer, and you literally never have to worry about getting wet or getting burned.I ended up getting really sick right before I purchased the MyPurmist. I steamed with the MyPurmist 3 times a day. Not only did I still have full vocal capacity onstage, but after being scoped at the ENT he informed me that my chords were in perfect condition. I truly think that the MyPurmist was instrumental in this, and saved me a ton of vocal fatigue and potential harm.I am so grateful to have found this product. To make matters even better, I actually damaged my Purmist and was so worried about getting a replacement. The customer service team replaced it without delay, and sent me the kindest email response. I am super thankful for the entire team (including the wonderful Kimberly Smith, who helped me with my replacement!), and to MyPurmist for making such a wonderful product.I included some hilarious photos of my steaming adventures below!!

Unfortunately, there was no app to be found. Afterwards,I filled the unit with the Mypurist water and pressed the on button. No response. Again, no response. On the third try it turned on. When steam finally appeared, it lasted for less than a minute and the unit turned off. I turned it on again. It went another minute and it abruptly turned off again. This time some blue flashing lights appeared. Unfortunately, I found no documentation in the instructions as to what the blue lights meant. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I’d made a bad decision to purchase the unit and decided to pack it up and return it. While I was packing it up, I noticed another problem. The containers of Mypurist water that came with the unit had expired 8 months ago. I promptly returned the unit and purchased the $49.99 Vicks Personal Steam Inhaler, It uses pretty much any kind of water including tap water. It has a variable steam control and works like a charm. Unfortunately, and based on my experience, I could not possibly recommend that anyone purchase the Mypurist unit. In my opinion, it is grossly overpriced and “not ready for primetime”.

When you need it there is not enough juice in the battery and you have to wait 1-2 hours for using it because is not working during charging.2. After the final drying cycle of the tank, droplets of water remain inside which can produce moldings over time.3. Loading the tank can only be done with the mini-tank bottles sold separately (a way to sell water at a much higher price) or with a large needle syringe.4. Does not allow the use of reserves of 8 doses of aromatic oil (which is no longer found on the markets - another way to sell aromatic oil capsules more expensive!)General conclusion: The new product was designed for greater customer ripp-off at a higher selling price! ... I have always had issues with my sinuses. It caused tonsil issues when I was a kid, to the point they wanted to remove them. It turns out my sinuses were the problem, so when I got that under control, the tonsilitis vanished.Recently I got a really intense sinus infection, and this help immensely. I used it about 5-6 times a day, for 5 minutes or so at a time. I was able to feel a difference after the first day.
