Nécessaire - The Body Wash - Eucalyptus - 250ml

I have the fragrance free option in the value size and I do want to say I wish it was a pump bottle as it is hard to control how much comes out (if you are careful it’s fine but, be warned). For the wash itself, I love how thick the gel is. It does take a second to lather up in your hands but nothing wrong with that. It feels so nice on the skin. Extremely soft. I didn’t put cream on after my shower and my skin is surprisingly soft!! I will continue to use and buy this. Love the ingredients.

Now lets be honest once I got home I didn’t understand why I spent $25 for A BODYWASHH ! A BODY WASH YALL ! It literally smelled like where ever eucalyptus comes from. The earthy, airy undertones really pulled this in for me. By the time I finished showering I’d completely forgot about smell. The scent was very relaxing. Im sure this bottle can last me about a month if I use it sparingly, today I used a little bit tow much because it wasn’t foaming up as much as I would’ve like. The third time trying to lather it up, it worked perfectly (you’ll have to really rub it in for it to lather) So overall I’d definitely repurchase this stuff, if you’ve been thinking about it, I’d say do it. I feel squeaky clean + the #niacinamide in it helps lighten darker areas on your body. .

Disappointed

I usually love all Necessaire's products, but I was disappointed with this body wash. After reading all of the reviews about how lovely the scent was—many of them calling out the notes of bergamot and eucalyptus—I was so excited to try it, but I have found that is has no scent at all. Maybe that's my fault for not understanding the "fragrance free" meant no scent at all, but I just figured there were no artificial fragrances added. Anywho, there are a million great products on this site, this would not be among them IMO. Not sure why so many reviews tout the scent. I am, however, very happy this company continues to use thoughtful packaging. I will remain brand loyal for life.

Heaven in a bottle

The Nécessaire Body Wash is perfect for those with sensitive skin like mine. Fragrance-free and gentle, it leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without any irritation.I love how this body wash lathers up nicely, making it easy to distribute and cleanse my entire body. It rinses off easily too, leaving no residue behind.The packaging is sleek and minimalist, which I adore. I never leave reviews but they emailed me to ask for a review and they were unusually kind so here I am.I ordered the incorrect scent of lotion for my sister's xmas present and I emailed them to ask if I could return it and re-order.They said to just keep or trash the old lotion and they would send her another. I responded to the email to thank them but I don't know if they saw it.My sister was happy to get unscented and scented versions of the lotion and I'm glad I didn't have to go through the hassle of paying return shipping(or my sister having to). I didn't use the lotion so I can't comment on that but my sister requested specifically this brand specifically.Thanks!

Necessaire vs. Necessary

I really enjoy using this product. I’ve used the eucalyptus fragrance because at the time that was the only scent available. I’m personally not a huge fan of the scent but the more and more I’ve used it, the more it began to smell spa like to me. I truly do want to try the sandalwood scent. To be very honest the reason why I’ve removed a star is because of the price. I just truly feel like a wash off product should not be this expensive. Although the product is formulated with wonderful ingredients that are undeniable but how much of these ingredients are we really receiving if it’s going to only stay on our bodies for a very short amount of time. Not worth the price or hype.

Over hyped and basically not worth the price. I think this is a case of influencers getting free items and foolish people like me buying an item because they state something is magical and that they're obsessed with it. This felt okay--it lathered nicely but it wasn't overtly moisturizing, the scent wasn't luxurious, didn't feel like a spa like experience--basically I used it on half my body then used an Aveeno Lavender body wash on the other half and asked my husband which side felt softer and nicer. He said the Aveeno side. Then I washed my body with this two other times and it was average at best. Not worth the price or hype. I want to return this.

Pleasant, nourishing shower gel

I was sent a bottle of this shower gel for review purposes. The consistency and feel of the gel is pleasant; it lathers well, feels quite nourishing and does not leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I followed with the Necessaire Body Serum and feel they are a good combination. The packaging's appearance is non-offensive, although not particularly appealing to me, but I really like the twist top. The fragrance is subtle, which is fine as eucalyptus can be quite overpowering, but I'm not sure I would have recognised it as eucalyptus and didn't particularly like it. If I purchase this item in future, I will go for the fragrance-free version. I think the price is good for this product. I don't like the brand's name!

Too Pricy for a Mediocre Product

I saw this on social media and was influenced, so I purchased the bundle during the anniversary sale. The scent is very subtle and not impressive, I’m amazed at how many people loved the scent, it doesn’t even linger after bathing. If you’re looking for a rich lather, look elsewhere because I feel like you have to use a lot of product with this. My skin doesn’t feel soft or like I’m using any special type of body wash with vitamins, as this brand claims. The brand is supposedly sustainable, which is where the two star review comes from, but it also contains an ingredient that’s a carcinogen called phenoxyethanol. Save your money and buy a nice bar of soap instead.

Will be sticking with this for awhile.

I constantly try body washes. I get bored of formulas because I just don’t get a wow factor. This however has very much wowed me and I’ll be continuing to repurchase this/ the refill. May even try the other scents. I love the way my skin smells and feels a day after. I can’t tell yet if the niacinamide is working since it’s too early to see results, but regardless I love the immediate smoothness and softness I get from this.The smell is very herbal. I would compare this to a true sandalwood smell. It’s not a blend. I love it, but some people may not love that true sandalwood smell.This paired with the exfoliant is a dream. I recommend buying that as well to really get the ultimate relaxing shower experience.
