I used to use this stuff ten years ago for powerlifting with great results. I didn’t drink coffee back then. Decided to get back in the gym recently and ordered a fresh batch to take before workouts instead of coffee. It still works, but I have found that, while it gives me a great initial boost, it seems to wear off more quickly than a big, strong cup of coffee. Amazing product and CRAZY RESULTS

Well after some years without creatine I bought this one, and I can definitely say that I got some nice muscle growth after using it I guess 2 monthsmaybe it would work with a different brand as well but this one really did some nice job.It taste nice, unflavored and not bitter like some others I've tried back in the days, and the quality seems great, didn't have chunks or dissolve in liquid problems.Oh and the most important- no stomach problems at all, just need to remember to drink a lot of water and you'll get them gains 😉p.s - took photos after I finished the creatine so I can show the package and the amazing 5 grams spoon (it grabs more than 5 grams so use SCALES for no unnecessary waste)

You pop 2 scoops of this and it actually drives you, like you have no choice but to do something, turns you active. I was after a pre-workout with a good amount of l-citrulline and beta-alanine. After research, this pre-workout gives 6g and 3.2g of these ingredients respectively, which makes a good one compared with other brands, also the price is slightly lower than the average. I don't pay attention to taste as long you drink with cold water it's fine. I would recommend drinking up to 30min before workout if fasting or up to 1h if fed. This provides good vascularisation and strength, for a greater pump, I suggest having 500 to 1000ml of water during the workout.

So far so good

I'm 54 and have finally started to focus on myself! I've started doing yoga, hikes, lifting weights, and consuming more protein. On the advice of friends and menopause experts, I'm adding creatine to my daily protein smoothies. The flavor is undetectable and I've had no adverse reactions at all.
