I had a huge disaster with another facial cream hair remover and ended up with chemical burns and scars so was very very wary of using this product but after careful research and with extreme caution I did try this and have been very very happy with the results. Minimal irritation and excellent hair removal. The soothing after cream supplied isn't much use but with a little Avene Cicalfate cream applied I have no redness peeling or pain and hair regrowth takes several weeks. Effective safe for the most sensitive skin if used as directed and economical.

I use this product every so often, and it really gets the job done. I dont care for the smell of the hair removing cream, but it is bareable for the fee minutes it is on. I usually use this product on my top lip, keeping it on for 5-10 minutes. They supply you with a moisturizer for after removing the hair, which is super moisturizing. I have applied the removing cream before and waited the 10 minutes, and hair is still on my face. Therefore i had to reapply more remover, but that has only occurred a few times. Overall though, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small amount of facial hair removal!

A gentle but effective hair removal cream

I have used Nad's hair removal cream every 3-4 weeks for over a year and I have just re-ordered it. I never had any irritation, which I had with some other products, and it leaves the skin soft. Initially, a major factor in selecting this product was that it is suitable for Vegans. I'm very pleased to have found it and I intend to continue using it.

I think mine maybe was out of date

I am going to hope for this products sake that the one I purchased happened to be out of date. I know that can happen sometimes when stuff gets stocked old ones get pushed to the back and then when a person comes along and buys the last one on the shelf BOOM you bought one from 1990! Ok well that is an exaggeration but you get what I am saying. I tried tis product twice on my upper lip once for 5 minutes and once for the max 10 minutes both times following the instructions to a T and it did not even singe the hair. It smelled really bad too kind of moldy almost which I thought was weird. I mean hair remover cream never smells great but it had a strange moldy/mildew smell. Ideal Facial Hair Remover !!!

It’s perfect ! It removes hair in exactly 4 minutes for me. It was excellent quality ingredients !! I’m very happy with the way my eyebrows look !! I used it in my chin and forehead as well !! And upper lip. All of the hair came off in EXACTLY 4 MINUTES !!! I AM AMAZED AT THIS PRODUCT SERIOUSLY !!!! Don’t leave on after 10 minutes otherwise you will get a BURN OR CUT. I got a little redness on my lip area cuz I didn’t get the all hair covered the first time. So when I went in to put hair remover on the tiny bit of hair I kissed I accidentally touched some of my bare skin with the hair remover. That’s why I got a little cut. YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL BUT IT IS THE MOST WORTHWHILE HAIR REMOVER !!!! P.S. (I don’t have sensitive skin; I have normal skin.)

Life Changing Product

I always worried about my upper lip hair and was really self conscious about it so I thought I would try out a few hair removal products to see if they would work. This product has literally changed my life! It's so easy to use and removes all hair in under 10 minutes. There is also a soothing after balm to use after you've removed the cream which is amazing and stops any skin irritation. I highly recommend this product.

Not quite sure about it

So I've only had a chance to use this product once but I was pretty disappointed with it. I am of the many women in the world who has very dark hair everywhere. I've been getting pretty tired of shaving my face all the time so I thought perhaps I'd try this. I have sensitive skin so I decided to try it only on my upper lift first. I have very thick hair as well so I decided to leave it on for the maximum ten minutes they suggest. When I wiped it away it I was severely disappointed. It did get rid of the thin hairs but any thick hair (which is pretty much the whole thing) were still there. The cream smells like any hair removal product which means its unpleasant. PAY ATTENTION TO THE COLOR!!!

I've bought this product couple of times. The first three times I bought it it worked amazingly. It left my skin very soft and hair free. But past 2 products I bought it didn't even bother to remove any hair. When I squeezed it out of the tube, I noticed yellow cream. This cream is supposed to be WHITE from what I've been buying before. The times it didn't work were the times the cream was yellow. I think when it gets yellow the cream is old. And I am so disappointed with ultra for selling this "old" product. I once noticed that the cream is white under all the yellow. When I applied it on one side of my cheeks when the cream was yellow the hair was still there. And the other cheek had mostly white and some yellow cream. I use it on my sideburns and it works amazingly.

Pain Free Hair Removal

Why bother with the expense of waxing and threading. This stuff works great. I use it in my upper lip and under my eyebrows where I have fuzzy white baby hair. It is amazing the something strong enough to remove hair does not irritate sensitive skin or smell bad. Thanks Nads!!

Works well

I used this on my upper lip, which has some fine hair that causes a slight mustache-like shadow when I don't remove it. It's pain - literally - to tweeze or wax in that sensitive area, so I decided to give this a try. The first time, I left it on for just five minutes then used the free calming after cream that came with it. The hair was definitely not totally gone and the so-called "calming" cream burned like h-e-double hockey sticks! This time, I left the cream on for six minutes, wiped it off a little bit more firmly with a tissue and didn't use the nasty calming cream, and my results were fabulous!
