Bought the milk powder at a lower R.P than the supermarkets. But 1 of the tin was delivered dented. Which makes me think how rough the goods were treated during the packing process.....box was also ledt outside the gate evn though i purposely left the door opened so that i can receive the goods promptly. Otherwise, the order process was smooth.

Smooth purchase. however this time round they are not packed in double carbon for safety, instead it feels like they ran out of box and had some sort of make do wrapper like fruits. when the delivery came, the tins were also upside down. other than that, was very happy that lazada voucher can be used, hence it feels like it's a buy 5 get 1 free.

No proper update from them since then and the standard reply would be they have forward to relevant team and will get back to me. No update unless i prompted for it. Rating two star not because the formula no good. But its the pricing. Other outlet even online platform are selling Cheaper same exact product where Fairprice is selling.
