**Don't Buy!!**

I have had these lights for a month now and simply cannot express just how disappointing this product is. Firstly, the set up is pretty straightforward and actually attaching and wiring the panels up is very intuitive, but setting up the smart functionality is completely hit or miss. It took a good few hours of fiddling to finally get them operating as they were supposed to.Then the problems really started. The lights would randomly turn off and then back on regardless of if I had actually turned them off or on in the app. This resulted in me being woken up several times a night by lights I had turned off turning on randomly to 100% brightness.Another issue I had was the app completely discounting if I spend a day or more away from my house, this meant I would ... MoreI have had these lights for a month now and simply cannot express just how disappointing this product is. The lights would randomly turn off and then back on regardless of if I had actually turned them off or on in the app. This resulted in me being woken up several times a night by lights I had turned off turning on randomly to 100% brightness.Another issue I had was the app completely discounting if I spend a day or more away from my house, this meant I would had to go through the unreliable connection process all over again, often multiple times a week. Finally, the lights simply stopped working, the power supply was boiling hot to touch and most certainly a fire hazard and when I went to take the lights down to return them, they ripped large holes in my wall through both the paint and the plaster. As someone who has several other smart lights and devices I must say for the premium price I was expecting a premium product, but the sad truth of this is that as much as I wanted these lights to be great and to fulfill what was advised, they are simply terrible. You can get much better smart lights that actually work for less than a quarter or what you will pay for these. I simply cannot stress this enough DO NOT BUY!!

Absolutely poor product - Total waste of my money

I bought a Nanoleaf setPut it on my wallFollowed all the steps to the absolute T, over and over for the next 6 days, on ios and androidDoesn't work at allTake them off my wallThe paint comes off of my wallWorst. Waste. Of. Money. Ever.I cannot stress how awful this product is, I called support and they could not help either, told me to refund it, problem is, if I take it off, the paint will come off too...

Enhance your room with these awesome lights!

Yes I know they aren't cheap, but you are paying for a premium product that is recognised and trusted around the world. The features are smart and well integrated compared to the previous version which needed add-on attachments. The installation was easy and you can always re-install with normal 3M tapes since the panels are pretty light weight. It's great as an accent light but also very functional as a reading or night light. Awesome product from an even more awsomer store!

Love it

The salesperson at Synced was extremely helpful. He explained to me about all three different Nanoleaf products and even gave me measurements for each to see which one will be suited for my wall. He then brought out a measuring tape to assist me to chose the number of hexagons needed. The buying process was smooth on the website. As for the product, I simply love it. Having Lifx, Philips Hue and now Nanoleaf, I can say that Nanoleaf brings our better pastel colours and it creates a very welcoming ambience :)

Lovely product - when it works!

Do not buy this product if you have 5Ghz network.Worked ok for about 6 weeks then stopped randomly without reason. Nanoleaf support say that it will only work with 2.4Ghz and because I have 5Ghz network they will not work.Obviously I'm not downgrading my network therefore I have wasted almost £200 on the three starter kits I bought that are now beyond their return date.JL - you need to update your product specs to make this information visible to customers!

Really cool

Bought these for my son for his birthday. He really loves them. Fairly easy to set up. It doers come with templates, but we just laid the lights out on the floor to get the pattern we wanted and transferred the pattern to the wall 1 piece at a time. Needs the app for best results.

Review of NANOLEAF Shapes Triangle Smart Lights Starter Kit - Pack of 9

Good Points: The colours are beautiful and the shapes themselves connect easily and allows you to get creative to breathe some life into a space.Improvement Points: The product itself when working is amazing.HOWEVER, and this is a big however. My experience has seen the lights turn on and off multiple times on hour, as I'm writing this I've fought to keep them on as they have turned themself off 6 times in the space of around 10 minutes, which seems absolutely ridiculous to me.Not only this but pairing the shapes with the mobile app was an absolute NIGHTMARE, one I tried and gave up on a dozen times before I eventually got it working and connected 2 months after purchase. And still the issues persist, the app disconnects and fails to reconnect CONSTANTLY which ... MoreGood Points: The colours are beautiful and the shapes themselves connect easily and allows you to get creative to breathe some life into a space.Improvement Points: The product itself when working is amazing.HOWEVER, and this is a big however.
