Narciso Rodriguez for Her Eau De Parfum 100 ml

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

Starts with strong patchouli smell that smells clean. Very sophisticated, dark and clean smelling 🖤 The only thing I really dislike about this is the dry down. It smells completely like soap by the end of the day. Other than that, I absolutely love it. Great projection and very good lasting power. Top notes are African Orange flower, Osmanthus and Bergamot. Middle notes are Musk and Amber. Base notes are Vetiver, Vanille and Patchouli. The makers of this fragrance which launched in 2003 are Christine Nagel and Francis Kurkdjian.

I absolutely love this scent. I’m a huge fan of amber notes so I had to purchase. The first opening notes are a dirty musky rose followed by patchouli which leads it to smelling like a rose pulled straight from the earth. There is a hint of peach in there which livens it up the scent and then you get amber which provides some warmth, and sandalwood balances the composition. I definitely would recommend smelling this scent in person because it isn’t a safe blind buy for most people. Will smell very different depending on your body chemistry. This scent is so classy but very sensual. It smells old money and Monica Bellucci, unforgettable fragrance. This fragrance is for a confident untouchable and feminine woman who knows exactly what she wants. Personally I love this fragrance on me, the first time I smelled it felt like I clicked with it. It’s one of my signature scents, I get a lot of complements on it too. I think someone might not like some patchouli or florals in it, but on me it smells amazing! Fragrance is something very special to every person so I always advise you to smell it yourself before purchasing.

I am absolutely obsessed!!! This is officially my favorite scent ever and I think after 17 years of testing out fragrances, I've found my "one". This is a light, floral musk with a hint of warmth and almost like a slight vanilla? I was never a fan of the musky scents, rather preferring the fresh and crisp floral but this pleasantly surprised me. Its not as strong on me as I was expecting from others reviews and the scent doesn't last or linger as long as some of my other fragrances do, but the beautiful scent is enough to overlook that. I just reapply it a bit more often. Definitely try it out when you have the chance!!

Successful Blind Buy

I purchased this based on reviews and figured I should introduce a new fragrance family in my collection. Upon first spray literally hated it. It smelled too masculine for my taste. HOWEVER the real magic happens when the fragrance has had time to set with your skin. This fragrance is soooo sophisticated and feminine. Despite it being an EDT the scent lingers for hours! I have worn this 8 hours and you still get whiffs. I would suggest allowing the scent to sit with your skin. One of the most beautiful fragrances I own.
