I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I would definitely recommend this website to a friend. It is good that they provide assurance like “official stockiest” on luxury brands. That gives me security when making a purchase of large amount. I love the gift card that automatically added to my cart for next purchase! That’s kind of them. You don’t see that very often with other merchants.

I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! Master piece

An iris based fragrance with high versatility, a fresher and more wearable version of Dior Homme Intense. For collectors and lovers of Iris this is must buy otherwise its a must try. The EDP didn't do anything for me but this is a master piece imo and is being hyped in the community for good reason. Will be on many top 10 lists going forward. Performance and projection is solid, no complaints. Best suited to spring and autumn for the evening but can be used in winter and summer, day or night by adjusting sprays accordingly. A++ highly recommended.

Narciso Rodriguez for Him Bleu Noir Eau de Toilette 50ml Spray

You need six or seven depressions of the activator to get enough of this cologne in order to get any actual sniff off it.Longevity this is a very low profile product. It dies down fast, but it does last for hours, although its so quiet nobody gonna notice.Projection shy.Bottle design I like the Rodriguez designs for womens products which presumably are the moneyspinner, but the design style doesnt translate well to a geezer product. It looks like a little pot of your wifes nail varnish. Opacity in receptacle design, use with caution. Is the bottle half empty or half full Maybe you might buy more if youre a half eejit.Geezer factor this is not geezer gear. But then, neither is it ungeezer. This scent gets a 9.6 out of 10 from me. It's only been a day, but I've already had nearly five people ask me for the name of it. This new fragrance was launched in 2022, and if I had to describe it, I'd say it smells like you're a guy who just got out of the shower, shaved and dressed in the simplest yet most modern and classic outfit you can find, while listening to some trumpet jazz in the background and telling yourself that today is going to be a great day. It blends powdery notes of musk, vetiver, and leather with floral notes like iris and violet. At the first spray, you'll smell like you walked into a flower shop that opened that morning, with a tinge of citrus in the air to help you unwind and forget your worries. This was a great buy!

This fragrance has been a pleasant surprise. I really enjoy the powdery, and clean feel the fragrance conveys. I live in Phoenix and wore this on the weekend when the temp was in the upper 70s and was surprised by how much the scent projects. I even got a couple compliments, I expected this to be a close to the skin scent so that was a surprise. I really enjoy the scent, it's fresh without having a citrus push but also feels clean and elegant. I brought this for an alternative office or casual scent for TDH Intense Vetiver when I don't want such a green smell but could see this easily working as a date fragrance or signature scent.
