This setting powder barely deserves one star. Truly the worst powder I have ever used. I have tried SO many setting powders but when I went into a Sephora store last month to pick up my mascara and my Hourglass transluscent loose setting powder I decided to try this one out because an employee said it was new and recommended it. This powder immediately creases under my eyes within a minute of application. My under eyes and face makeup look completely melted off within a couple hours. I used it with my usual setting spray and still looked like garbage within a couple hours. Would not recommend. The Hourglass powder is better and my makeup will look good through the end of my work day. I never leave reviews, this product was that bad.

I absolutely LOVE this powder. For years, I struggled finding that perfect powder that could set my under eyes in the way I want. Everything else has let my concealer crease, looked cakey, and/or was too drying. This powder is the exact opposite of that!! It set my concealer so perfectly, I couldn’t believe it. Even hours after wear, it still held up beautifully. I can’t believe that I finally found a powder that doesn’t enhance my fine lines, keeps my concealer in place and looking amazing, is lightweight, and blurs my under eyes too!! I genuinely can’t believe it. My only complaint is that it’s a tiny bit too pink for my skin tone but I don’t even care LOL the rest is all too perfect. Please try this powder if you are thinking about it!!!

I bought this powder after first trying the mini pressed pan version and being impressed with that. It is lightweight, definitely reflective but not shiny or glittery thankfully! I also really like how the powder is dispensed, when you open the lid it has a sort of mesh layer that if you tap lightly with a brush dispenses plenty of powder. When you close the inner lid it is flush with the mesh so you don't end up with loose powder after its been in your makeup bag and potentially jiggling around which is a small thing really, but it has always annoyed me with other loose powder products.

This is the best loose powder I’ve ever used! I have dry under eyes and loose powder normally makes my eyes look drier. However this powder is so soft, doesn’t dry my eyes out and looks somehow so natural! I bought the pressed version of this first (which is equally amazing) and now I’m obsessed with both! I literally have to stop myself using this powder because I love it so much and don’t want to neglect my other powders.
This is a nice powder, but it honestly smells like chinese food. That sounds strange, but it’s all I can ever smell when applying it. I definitly don’t want my face smelling like chinese food so I’ll either be dumping it or putting my NYX loose powder (fantastic powder btw) in this container since I do like the packaging. I’ve seen other reviews that said it smells like stale food also. It’s a shame as I love almost all NARS products.

I’m a darker skin tone. I don’t prefer to wear thick makeup foundation but just to touch up the oiliness of moisturiser. This product is amazingly worked well for me. I’ve tried Laura Mercier unfortunately my skin reacted to it. Was so nervous to try this on but the girl at Mecca Windzey was so helpful and friendly and assured me that they can do refund. Now I’m enjoying this product very much. A little goes a long way. You actually don’t need a lot of product. I put quite a bit at beginning but eventually I noticed you don’t need to. Highly recommended to anyone that prefers touch up and not so thick makeup base. Also with a darker skin tone, I don’t prefer different skin tone colour between face and neck. I love this powder, and trust me, I've tried every powder under the sun! I have the pressed version of this too for travel and would repurchase both. It sets my under eyes beautifully, with a translucent but luminous finish, NO glitter which is very important. Most powders are matte or make my under eyes and skin dry but this is almost undetectable, it just sets your make up without taking it's finish away. I like dewy skin, anything matte a part from lipstick is just too drying and aging for me, and I'm so glad I found this miracle powder. My concealer stays put all day with this, and no creasing in sight (also helps to do a light application only on the dark areas for me). I use the Nars soft matte concealer under my eyes and this powder pairs very well with it.
