Paw Paw ointment was recommended to me many years ago by a Maternal and Child Health nurse to use on cracked nipples when I was breast feeding and nappy rash. What a godsend this information was, as I have used it ever since. My daughter recently got very sun burnt and the Paw Paw ointment relieved the itch, burning and the flaky dry skin that followed. It also didn't sting when applied like other products that she tried beforehand. Teenagers are often selective to mums thoughts and ideas, so I was very excited when my daughter actually used and kept using this product on her sunburn and now her lips as well. Will keep using this brand as it works so well and contains more Paw Paw than other brands.

Paw Paw ointment is just one of those essentials to have handy at home, as there are so many uses for itWhat has traditionally put me off them though is the petroleum jelly, as I believe petrochemicals belong in a car, not on your skin. That's why I was so pleased to see that Natralus Paw Paw ointment does not contain any. Instead it uses ingredients like vegetable oil, lanolin, shea butter and olive oil. And of course, paw paw!Great for bites, scrapes, burns and itches. I found it worked quickly and effectively on mosquito bites. It is a slightly opaque gel which applies clear and slips onto the skin easily. I'm not as keen on it as a moisturiser for dry skin, although it absorbs, it didn't feel like it really penetrated my skin. I love paw paw ointment however don't use those that contain petroleum jelly so when I received this to trial I was over the moon. The packaging is cute and the bright red and white combo makes it easy to find in the organised chaos of my makeup case or handbag. I don't really tend to like the papaya, the actual fruit or the scent (it can borderline on smelling like feet to my sensitive nose lol) But again this product delivers. The scent is fresh, light and fruity and doesn't smell overly fermented and stale like other leading brands. I have become obsessed with paw paw ointment because it's one versatile product that I can use for just about anything! No need to get several different products when you can just use this without having to spend too much money. Over the past several years I have become a lot more aware and proactive about reading ingredients and making sure the products were natural and not filled with chemicals. I really liked that Natralus didn't contain any ingredients with petrochemicals, parabens or mineral oils. I never realised it before but other paw paw ointments did have petroleum which I wasn't happy about so I wanted to switch over to something healthier because whatever you put on your skin gets absorbed so it's important to know what's in the product you are using! ... MoreI have become obsessed with paw paw ointment because it's one versatile product that I can use for just about anything! This particular paw paw ointment is great because it's thick but still easy to spread. It has a nice scent to it and it is moisturising which is why I always use it on my lips. Sometimes I add a bit of lipstick on my lips for a bit of tint and then use the paw paw ointment on top for a nice gloss. I also use it on my hands as they are very dry and suffer from eczema. I use it all the time and once I'm finished I'll definitely be buying another!

I used to use the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream on my chapped lips and dry or sore skin but then I was sent a sample of this from a beauty box subscription. It was love at first sight. The formula is the same consistency but with a much nicer smell (a little fruity) and is not at all sticky. It can be used to sooth dry and cracked lips and skin and or as a gel for eyebrows or flyaway baby hairs or as a shine for over makeup and lipstick. It works in the same way as the 8 hour cream but for less than a tenth of the price. I use it at least twice daily now as my go to lip balm and as long as I take the time to really massage it into my lips, the condition of my lips is perfect. I also rub a tiny bit around my nostrils when I have a cold or bad allergies and the skin ... MoreI used to use the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream on my chapped lips and dry or sore skin but then I was sent a sample of this from a beauty box subscription. I got the mini size of this as a gift. It sat in my bathroom for a while before I finally dug it out and decided to give it a go. I was impressed. It is in a small, easy and convenient squeezy tube and has a very faint and not overpowering sweet scent. The product is a balm like texture which feels so nice on the skin or lips. I use this mostly on my lips at night before bed but I have used it on itchy rashes I have gotten after gardening and it has worked to soothe and get rid of the rash. I will definitely hunt this down to repurchase as I haven't seen it in a store anywhere.

I can't visit my sister's place without being attacked by mozzies. Natralus Natural Paw Paw Balm took the itch away almost instantly without stinging my broken, scratched skin. I applied too much of the thick off-white buttery cream: I didn't realise how little you need as it spreads so easily. I wiped the excess onto my dry heels & it left them feeling soft. As a lip balm, it soothed my lips, leaving a slightly greasy sheen that felt nourishing but not heavy. My lips still had their natural pinkness & no unattractive white cast. It's almost scent & taste-free - I could barely discern a whiff of coconut & cocoa, but it quickly vanished. Australian made & owned. Cruelty-free. A seriously under-rated product!

I've always been a fan of Paw Paw ointment, in particular, the infamous Lucas Paw Paw Ointment, loved by celebrities and commoners alike. So i must admit, I was a little sceptical of the Natralus Paw Paw Ointment, mainly because I've never heard of the brand and never seen it sold anywhere!I first noticed the fact that this product is organic and contains a barrage of natural ingredients, as well as a higher concentration of papaya than I've seen before. The ointment doesn't contain petroleum jelly (and Lucas Paw Paw Ointment does, I did check my tub!) and instead, it contains vegetable oil and lanolin, which to me, is excellent because it's free of petrochemicals. Enough saidThe ointment itself is just excellent. I loved the smoothing, soothing and calming nature of the product, particularly on dry lips and/or eczema. With one application, the ointment reduced flakies, swelling/hives, redness as well as acting as a protective barrier from the harsh elements. It absorbs quickly (for an ointment) and leaves a non-sticky finish. I also use this product to soothe razor burn, skin sensitivities after waxing as well as moisturising my cuticles. I leave this product in my handbag and it pretty much means I don't need to carry any other lipbalms with me. The Natralus Paw Paw Ointment is also great mixed with a bit of lipstick - making a tinted Paw Paw lipbalm on the go!The product also claims to work on bites, stings and sunburn but I haven't suffered any of these recently (yay!) so I can't comment on that aspect.Without further adieu, I must say that I'm a Natralus Paw Paw Ointment convert - if you haven't already noticed. This is a wonderful, economically priced, all-natural product that delivers!

A super affordable and natural product with the highest percentage of Paw Paw extract on the market!

The original LUCAS paw paw ointment sent everyone into a paw paw craze but I believe I have finally found something that's better!I must admit I had no idea this brand or product even existed until I was given one of their products at an event and once I tried it I couldn't believe it wasn't more recognised! The thing that hooked me straight away was their proportion of the natural paw paw extract that makes these paw paw ointments so good. An a comparison, the LUCAS paw paw ointment only has about 4% paw paw extract in their ointment, while most of the product is filled with petroleum jelly (or 39mg/g), whereas the Natralus contains no petrochemicals and the level of paw paw ointment is at 83mg/g.I absolutely love the smell of this product, it's not as strong as ... MoreThe original LUCAS paw paw ointment sent everyone into a paw paw craze but I believe I have finally found something that's better!I must admit I had no idea this brand or product even existed until I was given one of their products at an event and once I tried it I couldn't believe it wasn't more recognised! The thing that hooked me straight away was their proportion of the natural paw paw extract that makes these paw paw ointments so good. In the Winter, the ointment can solidify making this a hard product to apply, but once you do apply it (I like to use it on my lips every morning) it melts like butter into your skin and doesn't leave a greasy feeling or any residue at all. It feels super light on the skin but packs a punch in terms of moisturisation and nourishment. I also use it on my lips right before bed and sleep with it on and my lips have never felt better than they do now!I have officially made the switch to Natralus Paw Paw ointment and love it. The brand also has some great company values, their other products are also amazing (try the pure paw paw with aloe vera - its incredible for sunburnt or cracked skin) and they make them super affordable for the public.
