This enzymated form of Vitamin B2 works wonders for me. I immediately slept better. I can feel the difference when I don't take it. the only thing that I don't like is the small size - 90 capsules per box would make more sense.Please note that my experience does not mean that everybody will feel the difference between this product and ordinary B2 - It looks like I have some kind of genetic effect that makes it difficult for my body to utilize vitamins that do not come in the enzymated form. I also need to take B6 in the enzymated form to benefit from it.
