As we age, so is our eyes. Worsen by long hours staring at phone, PC, tablet, etc. That's the price of our lifestyle. At one stage, I experience symptom like dried itchy eyes, floaters, uncomfortable with glare, sudden darkness, etc. I've been on lutein for probably 3 years. It works! Floaters are mostly gone. Less sensitive to glare or darkness. So this is one of regular health supplement! Pls don't be stingy to take care of our precious eyes. Pls give a thumb up 👍🏻 thank you 😊

I’ve been getting this for my mum who suffers from dry eye. Since taking it, she hasn’t been putting as much eye drops as usual. I also think it’s helping her cataract from progressing faster than normal. The composition of 20mg lutein and 3.5 mg zeaxanthin is sufficient. Natural factors produce good quality supplements at a fair price and the large size can last for a couple of months.

I like this brand. I bought this for the low price and small capsule size. However, when I read lutein is best with zeanthazine, I decided on a different lutein supplement that is 20 mgs instead of 10 and has zeanthazine and comes in gummies so I don't have to swallow larger pills. I also couldn't tell any difference in my eyes with these, but with the other brand I did notice eye improvements right away, interestingly, so not sure if it was because gummies may absorb better, or if it was because it was more mgs.
