I had been taking another 25mg zinc supplement that included copper, not realising that zinc and copper compete for absorption! Once I bought this, I had it at night with my magnesium, and my sleep was vastly improved. I think taking it without the copper made a huge difference in how much I actually absorbed! My fitbit app showed a huge increase in my deep and rem sleep (which had previously been below the average for my age) and now my sleep quality is BETTER than the average! I have also managed to avoid getting 2 or three colds that my kids and hubby have had, so it's helping the old immune system too. I have also noticed less hair falling out, and clearer skin. I will try to make sure I get some extra copper in (zinc supplementation depletes copper,) but far ...
