I first used the shampoo and conditioner at my mums house and asked her where she got it because my hair felt so soft after using it. She got it from a hair dresser so I googled and found it here. It’s great.
I order this shampoo and conditioner duo, but received 2 conditioners instead. When contacting customer service I was told I would have to send the conditioner back before they would send me the correct item (shampoo). I have now been waiting a total of 4 weeks to receive the correct item and they are still yet to send it (as far as I know). I’ve contacted customer service several times and have only had one response via email. When I rang to check on my order I was rudely told “it’s a public holiday in our state and no one will look at my email until they are back. This is understandable, but the rudeness was not necessary as I wasn’t aware. The wait times and customer service is extremely poor and I wouldn’t recommend them. I have been dying my hair ever since. And I found this shampoo worked well for my color treated hair. No frizz, Left my hair so soft and easy to style.
Love the bulk buy bottles with pump, so easy to use in the shower. The conditioner is amazing, it untangles my long hair instantly. I comb it through then rinse out. super sleek and shiny hair after I blowdry.
