Nature Made Calcium Magnesium Zinc, Tablets, Value Size - 300 tablets

I try very hard to keep my immunity levels as high as possible. This pill, with its combination of Calcium, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3 allows me to eliminate 3 additional pills since reasonable levels of each supplement are included in the one pill. I have been taking these for more than a year now (along with other supplements and vitamins) plus a few Rx's for specific conditions. I have been illness free for more than two years, which I believe has been amazing.

Been buying Nature Made Vitamins for years

I have tried different brands of Vitamins & Supplements over the years however, I've returned 2 the Nature Made brand products for 95% of my Supplements. For me, they seem 2 hv the right combinations that I'm looking 4. & the quality of all of their products have always been top notch. The combinations in this particular product are perfect 4 what I needed w/the added benefits of the Zink. Which I had bought separately B4. Sometimes a bargain really isn't when I weighed what I was getting & not getting so I had2 buy it separately.

I haven’t been taking these long enough to notice a difference in the way I feel, but I just wanted to mention that these are very easy to swallow! So many calcium magnesium supplements are HUGE and I was terrified to swallow them but these are very manageable :)

Many people know the benefits of calcium, but it is not absorbed by itself and "works" only in tandem with vitamin D3. But why magnesium and zinc are needed is probably not known to someone. Yeah, I'm not very good at it either. So I had to turn to the all-knowing Internet. It turned out that magnesium is the most important element for the heart! It also normalizes blood pressure and participates in the activity of the nervous system. It is also needed for those who have problems with the respiratory system - and this is exactly my option. I have already written about my allergy and that recently it has begun to turn into a state of asthma, from time to time it was because of the allergy that I began to suffocate. So, why do we need zinc?

I have never taken vitamins before as I do not like swollowing pills, but these tablets are amazing!! They're not too big and it doesn't bother me to swollow them. I am a college student (high stress levels haha) and the stress has caused major acne. After taking this for a few weeks, I have seen a huge difference. I now get a pimple here and there, but that's normal. On top of this, it has also helped with my anxiety and muscle spasms. I will deffinely keep taking them and order from Iherb, for I haven't found a better price for 300 tablets. Helped heal my sore lower back muscles

After suffering from a VERY tight, sore lower back (spasm) for a couple months, I remembered that I'd read online how magnesium helps heal sore muscles. Also a massage therapist once recommended that I take calcium supplements for the same purpose. So I bought this and started taking triple the daily dose, and within less than 48 hours my sore back feels almost back to normal again–after WEEKS of suffering. I didn't care about the vitamin D (already take vitamin D pills) but did want the magnesium + calcium combo. If you have chronic muscle issues, this may very well be what you need! It could come down to dietary deficiency in magnesium and/or calcium.

May have cured my heart arrhythmia.

I had heart arrhythmia. My cardiologist said it wasn't causing any problem and it was not treated. He told me to try taking Magnesium but it didn't help. I ran out of magnesium but my daughter had some of this product. Even though it contains extra things I started using it. My arrhythmia stopped about that time. I can't say this had anything to do with it but I've continued it for two years and the arrhythmia has not returned. I make no recommendations since I can't say for sure this product was the cure or it was just coincidence. I will continue to take it.

Perfect especially for bariatric patients.

Can I say how much I love being able to get this dosage amount? Ive had bariatric surgery and have to take certain amounts of specific vitamins for the rest of my life. One of these is calcium, and most dosages means taking pills 3 to 5 times a day. This specific brand and dosage means I take only 2 pills a day, thats it. Makes my life that much easier. And the results.... my levels are within nominal range. Not too low and not too high. And its at a great price.

Pls. make pills without sharp edges for swallowing

Great product! The only complain is the pills are not swallow-friendly! Not sure why the pills is made with 'SHARP' edge which is not throat-friendly. I wish the pills is full round shape so that it will scratch my throat!
