It doesn’t really taste that nice and you can’t feel the effects that well on the first day of usage. It’s good quality though, and the ingredients are natural. The packaging is green to signify that it is organic natural, so you subconsciously pick it up at the supermarket. I recommend it.

I really appreciate that this company does not put a toxic coating on their product! I find the size of the pill to be very tiny and easy to swallow, without lingering in the mouth. Some reviewers mentioned that the product dissolves quickly and tastes foul. I did not experience this phenomena, as I was able able to swallow the pill quickly, before either of the above complaints occurred. Also, the label states the product is suitable for vegetarians. If you're looking for a product that has a colorful coating on it and perhaps a sweet taste, then this is probably not for you. I've done some research on artificial ingredients often used in the food and drug industry, and those are not for me. It's wonderful when we get to choose!

Easy to take. I personally don't get constipated with these as many people might with taking iron. Of course, your poo is black because it. I take the extra iron because I have hormonal issues and more specifically my hair was falling out. I take several different things for this issue so can't put my finger on 1 thing but I believe this helps. I guess when I take my yearly medical check up my bloodwork will confirm.

Great in addition to Ferrous Bis-Glycinate

I am slightly anemic and I need to take iron everyday. Everybody knows how bad Ferrous Sulfate can make your stomach and cause problems, but studies show that if you take Ferrous Sulfate every other day, it's more gentler on your stomach and doesn't cause bad problems. I take it with vitamin C one day, and the same brand's Ferrous Bis-Glycinate (which is supposed to be gentler on the stomach) another day. I truly feel like this method is the best because I can feel it working and I'm sure my blood results will show that. :)

You must include these vitamins in your daily intake. I recently have been diagnosed with stage 2B cervical cancer and I had lost a lot of blood.My hemoglobin was at a very dangerous stage of 5.9 I needed 2 blood transfusions & iron transfusions. I found these vitamins to be the biggest help.While others were getting jabbed with Iron transfusions I just took 2 of the NATURE'S BOUNTY (65 MG. each)everyday with my breakfast.Needless to say my Drs. didn't have to give me any more iron transfusions. My hemoglobin was back up to a healthy 13.I also recommend their VITAMIN C,D & ZINC, & B12.TAKE THESE ON DAILY BASES.I am not a DR. but Dr.'s do agree .These are the main ones.
