Every batch of Manuka honey must be lab tested to determine its activity and how potent its active enzymes are. To be classed as therapeutic, Manuka honey must have a rating of 10+. The higher the NPA number, the higher the antibacterial activity and the more beneficial the honey will be for your health. Suggested Use Manuka Honey can be used as a face mask. Leave on for at least 30 minutes and then rinse off. An NPA rating of 10+ and over is considered therapeutic.
