To be honest I can't understand the effect from this collagen yet.I've drink half of 1 box and I didn't saw any big changes in my health or "beauty".Even my shampoo is making my hair feel and look better than this collagen, which is strange.So I'm continuing for now, as I've purchased 2 boxes.And I have to say, the pills are very hard to swallow, they being stuck in my throat and it's absolutely not comfortable.I will update the review if I will see any changes.

At first I bought it for alternative of my peptides powder during traveling. But carefully learning the ingredients, I think this is better than the powder one that is only collagen type 1 and 3.This product contains same amount of collagen type 1 and 3, but they also contain other collagen types.However, the price is much higher than the powder one. Then I may drink it alternatively with the powder one later. If the price is more competitive, I absolutely prefer this one.
