Lecithin is an inexpensive way to get phosphatidyl choline and serine, and helps with so many things! I mix a serving into my hot cereal in the morning and don't notice anything beyond a faint nutty taste. NaturesPlus makes high quality stuff. I haven't tried dissolving this in a drink or smoothie yet, as I am extremely sensitive to texture, but I bet it would disappear nicely in homemade hummus or dip!
I used to purchase Naturesplus soy lecithin all the time...I haven't purchased this item for a few years. I purchased it this time because the preferred brand was unavailable. I'm disappointed because I think the manufacturer has changed the formulation, and it's not as effective.
