I suffered from acne and bloating since 2018 and my doctor said that my body lacks vitamins and minerals. My boyfriend did his research and recommended this multivitamin. At first I was skeptical but after taking it for more than two weeks, I noticed the difference in my skin, my lower belly, and even my sleep. My skin is glowing, the bloating is gone, I sleep better and my circadian rhythm is slowly healing. There is inly one problem, though, the tablet is too big and it’s hard for me to swallow. This vitamins is NOT suitable for vegetarians and vegans!!!!!it contains several ingredients derived from beef and pork. I studied the label for a long time before opening the box looking for any ingredient that was recognizably animal-derived. i haven’t eaten meat in over 10 years, so i’m used to searching for meat-based ingredients on all kinds of labels. but i couldn’t find any, so i took one.i also read a Q&A for this, in which the manufacturer answered: “Alive!® Once Daily Women's Ultra Potency is not vegetarian. I've been taking this food based multivitamins and multiminerals for years. I stopped for a couple of months for some reasons but as soon as I re-started my routine I could immediately feel the difference. I feel more energetic and less prone to illness.It will make your urine very yellow but it's not an issue to me at all. Some people complained about the pill darkening if not stored in air-tight containers (e.g.putting them in pill boxes). I also notice the same but guess it shouldn't be a big issue as well. It's best to store them in an air tight container and only take out when you take them.I've also purchased the men's version for my husband and he has been happy with it.I used to take Centrum before but read that food based vitamins are actually much ... I choose this bcoz it state no 1 in mutlivitamin adult/ women, and because I can not get my ussual brand multivitamin in iherb. so I try this brand. We rarely go out during pandemic but I did have several holiday (3-10 days each time) during covid eating outside everyday and enjoy ourself with our ussual multivitamin always go back in fit condition and got no covid since delta until omicron, recently on May 2022. Then I change with this multivitamin and just go outside 1 time, 3 of us me husband and son got covid, and before that I can feel that we all easily get sore throat then before.
