This is a good basic multivitamin for the simple reason that the size of the pills are actually reasonable. I struggle to swallow pills usually and so multivitamins have always been difficult but these are a good size and can be easily broken in half to swallow in two goes with water.

I recommend. Of course there are miriad multivitamin products, but I stick to Nature's Way because I am very sensitive to supplements. Although I have proved the benefits and rely on them. I cannot stand upset stomach, and I have seen that Nature's Way consistently causes no problems. Excellent, quality brand

I bought this product after spending ages comparing prices, size, how many I had to take, ingredients and availability. I found that this product contained overall equal ingredient quantities to other companies, the dose was average also but the size & the price were the outstanding features. It's the largest size that I found and the price was comparable to another company's half the size.This price was even cheaper than buying online. I eventually found this product on the Chemist Warehouse site and purchased it online to collect from store later. It was easy. I will be purchasing this product again as the price I paid is their regular price. Fantastic.
Sucha huge container for the amount of tablets that are inside... Just feels like so much plastic waste. Same amount of tablets could be fitted in a container that's half a size..
These are a great every day vitamin make you feel so much better you can ferl the difference when you take them every day.
I have been using Nature's way multivitamin for the past 6 years and feel very healthy without any deficiency of any vitamin or mineral. I believe it contains all the necessary vitamins and miners that my body needs on daily basis.
