Outstanding Turmeric tablets, for joint pain. I suffer from allergic reaction to Aspirin and Advil, and these pills have been my carpel tunnel pain and shoulder cuff rotator pain reliever. It literally takes away my pain fast and in a natural way! Turmeric has multiple benefits for our body! Would absolutely recommend to anyone with joint pain!

Can’t be without it!

My husband and I are in our 70’s and have taken the Nature Made Turmeric for years. It is amazing for reducing inflammation and discomfort. This is the only brand we use because out of the 500mg in one tablet 475mg are the key ingredient curcuminoids. I have looked at other brands supplement facts and even though they say 500mg per serving for the turmeric tablet the back label drops the amount of curcuminoids much lower. I have seen some as low as 150mg curcuminoids on the back label.

Good but I ended up going with a brand that had the added pepper for enhanced absorption. I like this brand in general, and not to mention there packaging and I like the square pill bottles for easy storage but I just prefer the added pepper for absorption. There are many studies that show this added ingredient makes Turmeric more affective. So in the end I had to follow the science.

Me and my wife would doing the powder Turmeric from a health food store. " I didn't like it" So I found IHerb on last year and "wow" they have Turmeric in a pill form. It's been almost a year ago since we have been taking the turmeric . Man.... It's awesome I take it for a daily regimen me and my wife. No joint pain, no muscle aches. Very strong, and processed with lecithin, so it is absorbed well

I did massive research on turmeric recently, including research on lab tests. Turmeric is hard to absorb on its own, but using lecithin or some other type of fat increases its absorption. This is one of the few that uses lecithin. I have an old bottle that still smells strong, but has a very sweet and pleasant smell. In India, I heard they put spices in a bit of oil before they cook with them. That makes them more aromatic.
