The vet gives my dog turmeric supplement which actually improves his mobility. So I want to try taking it and see it it helps my occasional stiffness. A friend swear by this one. Nothing bad could come from turmeric, it is one of the super herb these days, Turmerich has boswelia and burdock, both also excellent.

Purity and amount of significant ingredients is top shelf.
I started taking Turmerich for advanced arthritis in my knees in April 2018 after trying several other turmeric products and found it to be the best yet with regard to pain relief. I ran out of the product in August and again tried other brands but this time I added 20mg BioPerine from another source however I did not find the combination nearly as good as the Turmerich product. Might be the addition of Boswellia and the Burdock, I don't know for sure, but it has worked well for me.
Ive taken glucosamine and glucosamine blends for over 15 years. In 4 weeks this turmeric has done more to ease my arthritis pain than the glucosamine. This is what im taking from now on!!
If you have the arthritis pain, this stuff helps. It makes the pain very manageable!
When taking Capsules out of the box you end up having curcumin powder on the hands. Stains a lot.
Great way to make sure you get turmerich in your diet! Helps fight imflamation and good for digestive health.
