These bars are very cheap not only in price but also in taste. They taste way too overly sugary, but it's unsurprising because these do contain corn syrup in them. The bar is good if you don't mind the sugar, and the bar does have a decent amount of protein in it. Overall I wouldn't eat these again, but they're not terrible.

This is an edit to a previous one-star review (that the company doesn't show in their overall reviews): After eating four (two pkg) of these bars over a two-day period, I developed terrible intestinal gas and ended up with a twelve-hour bout of explosive diarrhea. I won't be eating any more of these. Unfortunately, I bought two boxes (Buy one, get one free). I really like the fruit, peanut, almond, and cashew bars. I'm sorry that these are such a disappointment.

Good ingredient ratio and nice variety of texture. I personally love the sweet/salty ratio, but be warned it does lean salty. Most bars have a good amount of caramel coating on bottom, but for some reason I feel as though something is missing in the lack of candy pieces up top (there might be a caramel drizzle, but the fact that I can’t remember is a testament to its quality). That being said, still a fantastic snack especially for those who prefer a not-too-sweet granola bar. Protein content is impressive. I have been known to travel with these, exposing them to heat and physical abuse which they withstand brilliantly (photo for reference); would recommend for purses and backpacks.

Where’s the salted caramel? These are no different than the sweet and salty ones. I was expecting something different or to at least taste a lil different. I can’t taste no salted caramel. I paid $5 for the exact same thing I could have gotten for $2. Disappointed for sure. A waste. I do not recommend.
I bought this product for my son who is professional rower. He has intensive trainings every day. Usually, he gets up very early in the morning and does not have a breakfast at that time. This bar is a good start of the day before training session. It gives a good energy without leaving the feeling of full stomach and discomfort. Ideal for snack. My son loves it. The taste is also very good.
I received one of my usual Salted Caramel Nut but the second box was Not...you sent Peanut Butter/ Dark Chocolate...I HATE PEANUT BUTTER!!! I never allow substitutions...I ONLY WANT SALTED CARAMEL NUT. These were bloxes of 15 bars...over 10.00 a box but I live 20 plus miles so didn't drive to exchanger but am VERY UPSET!!! My husband passed away last month so I ordered 2 so I could stay home and save gas!!!
I love the combination of nuts and caramel and thought these bars were delicious. They were a delicious mixture of crunchy nuts and chewy caramel. Each bar provides 10g of protein which is 20% of your daily protein needs. They contain no colours or preservatives and no artificial flavours. They are also gluten free and high fibre. There is quite a long list of ingredients on the wrapping paper which I found slightly off-putting. However, overall, I would say that these cereal bars are more healthy than cakes or biscuits and they make a tasty snack. I will definitely buy them again.
Purchased mainly for consumption on bike rides, or post bike rides. If you like salted caramel and peanuts you will surely find this product a winner. As an added bonus you get a helping of protein, which has shown to aid recovery from exercise in some studies. It's better than just a pure carb hit and are good value for money.
Very good for adding protein without bulk - recommended by my dietician. Helps to balance the diet for those recovering from disabling illness and finding exercise hard.. I have a very poor to no appetite due to illness and meds. so meals are pretty impossible, these will help to keep you well and build muscle as mobility returns.
Very impressed with the nutrient/Kcalorie value and that its GlutenFree!!! Shame about the dairy, even though its minute (used to peanut 9Bars). The taste of the 'Protein-Peanut Salted Caramel' is just divine - I'm utterly hooked! Ordered 2x12 which work out 50p a bar. Brillant snack / post aquafit. Utterly delicious!
