I would not be without this excellent product. I cut tablets in half and take one half with every breakfast and one with every evening meal routinely. On the very rare occasions I get the onset of a sore throat, I up this to a half every 8 hours with also garlic and zinc tablets, and the infection is soon gone completely. It works out very economically.

Good valued vitamin C with good taste

good valued vitamins. taste is good - as expected with a vitamin C tablet. my 6 yrs old son like it. its not very sour, just the right amount for kids to like it.

Huge but effective

This vitamin C does what is says. However, the tablets are HUGE. The first few times I swallowed them they actually hurt my throat. I learnt to throw my head back when swallowing and that seems to do the trick. If you are not good at swallowing tablets, these will be impossible for you. The issue could be improved by putting the powders into a capsule. I can swallow any sized capsule (and trust me, I had some huge ones in the past) as there are no sharp ends. These tablets are not only massive, they also have very sharp edges. Not an easy shape to swallow. The other issue worth mentioning is that the bottle arrived with its cap completely broken. And one last word of warning - if you are low(-ish) in magnesium and plan to take quite a large dose of this vitamin C you really need to up your magnesium. As the ester-C is calcium derived it will push your magnesium levels even lower. I never had this problem with other vitamin C supplements (but then I avoid ester-C) but in this case I started getting calf cramps on a regular basis.

Tasty chewable vitamin C

Purchased this product 5 or 6 times now. 500mg tablets give several times the recommended (minimum for good health) level. There is some eveidence that large doses of vitamin C can help protect against colds and flu. Whatever they help me to keep on feeling well....... And no colds

Vitamin C Time Release

Not only are we seeing the benefits of these tablets, but when I asked for some scientific information, the response totally blew me away. It was over and above what I had asked for. Brilliant customer care, to say the very least.

great quality for the price

Those tablets are great for people with sensitive stomach, they don't irritate it as normal vitamin c. I take about 1 of them every 3-4 hours to prevent colds and flu( vit.c it's easily removable from the body so you don't have to worry about overdosing)So far ,so good.Package is big , so it should last me for some time.The only problem is with the swallowing them, because tablets are HUGE , so the best solution is to crush them, split them in a half or to dissolve with some drink.Except that they are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

hugely overpriced

I stupidly thought this was the same size pack as I routinely buy elsewhere. Nope, this is half the quantity for ?1 more.
