I think this is a good way for me to get in my Vitamin D.? I tend to spend a very limited time outside in order to get Vitamin D and I don’t always get it through my food so I like to take this vitamin from [brand:natures-bounty]! I doesn’t have the horrible smell I’ve experienced with other Fish oil vitamins. I think this is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamin D. It’s quick and easy to remember to take in the morning. I highly recommend these vitamins you’re looking for specific dietary needs..!! 

Okay I realize this is not a hugh rating for a simple supplement, however this was prescribed by my doctor to add extra omega 3 in my body due to some health issues. So not taking by choice. Additionally, I don’t like anything fish like and having to take something I do not like makes it hard to swallow (no pun intended) and if I accidentally have a burp and well...you know...it’s just not pretty. Otherwise it’s a good supplement, especially for older women. I suggest taking with lots of water, makes it go down quicker.
