I usually use the 538 mg Tumeric 2x/day. The store was out so I purchased the 1000mg and took it 1x/day. Experienced side effects of nausea and dizziness. I checked and both are listed as possible side effects of tumeric. I found the 538mg and went back to that after a couple of days and all is well- no nausea or dizziness.
