I have tried other brands of the Vitamin B-2 and this one is it for me. It is perfect I wish they came in higher doses than just 100mg because my neurologist has me take 400 mg a day but it is what it is. my only other complaint is the price but it could be where I live and limited availability. They are only available at the local pharmacy for almost $9 a bottle and they are small bottles. If they could get more and have bigger pills I would be 100% satisfied.

I take 200 mg of this in the morning and 200 mg at night for my migraines! It really helps me to keep from getting so many of them! The Riboflavin in the B2 is the key ingredient! When I run out, my migraines start back up full force. My neurologist is one who started me on this medication and believe me, it works!

Guess what, I found B-2 Riboflavin for a reasonable price. Ordering was simple. I chose to have delivery or pickup, I cannot remember which one because I received my order so quick. helps reduce oily skin

One of the symptoms of Vitamin B2 deficiency is seborrheic dermatitis. I don't have that, but I do have very oily skin on my face. I cut one of this tablets in half with a pill-cutter and take one per day (with lunch). I have more energy, and the effects are that my oily facial skin is greatly reduced. I like this brand, I think the quality is good.
