Nature's Bounty Vitamin D3 5000 IU 240 Softgels

I had been experiencing different symptoms that prompted my doctor to check my vitamin D blood level. It was 20 which is borderline deficient. I started taking these vitamins and the doctor rechecked my level 1 month later. My vitamin D blood level had doubled to 40 after literally 4 weeks on these vitamins. I am no longer having extreme fatigue and am falling asleep/staying asleep better than I have in months. They’re easy to swallow, easily absorbed, don’t upset my sensitive stomach and, most importantly, they work!

No issues! This got and kept my very important D3 levels up. Now, I am to the point of taking D about every other day! These are really great! I love gummies and all but I like them too much and have been known to take way more than recommended, lmao! I started getting the gel cap form because they’re really easy to swallow and these are super small…like half the size of a dime-small. There is zero taste or smell and as most people now are aware, the D3 is recommended by Doctors to have D3 and Zinc to possibly prevent the worst and most life-threatening symptoms of Covid-19, should one catch it.

My Dr prescribed the once a week Vitamin D high dose supplement. After a month of using my vitamin D was still low!!! My Dr then said to take a smaller dose everyday and see if it works. Well, after a few months of taking the Natures Bounty vitamin D, my levels finally went up! I continue to take daily to make sure my levels stay up! Get it!

I have been taking these everyday for a really long time. They are so useful and helpful to my skin, energy, and my immune system. One pill everyday, I just take them in the morning and it is so easy. They don’t taste like anything and it is the most helpful supplement you could take. Especially since it’s winter and you don’t get as much sun, so this is good for your body.

Apparently, my doctors thought it was extremely too low and put me on Vitamin D3 supplements requiring mega doses of 50,000 iu once weekly for 12 weeks. I used the Natures Bounty D3 Vitamins and retested when I had completed the 12-week cycle. Unfortunately, the vitamins did not have the intended consequences and I wound up back at the doctors' office for a repeat dose as the first dose was not absorbing into my body and I was still completely deficient in absorbable Vitamin D3.
