This is my favorite cereal. It's organic, it's healthy, and it has a nice crunchy taste. The problem I have is that I can't tolerate dairy.I missed my Heritage Flakes. I thought I would give milk another try. I highly recommend buying this cereal. I would buy the Family size. I promise you won't be sorry.

I'm on my fourth bag of this cereal. Milk doesn't stand a chance against these delicious flakes. It is the crunchiest cereal I've ever seen and I've been eating cereal for nearly 70 years. I'm normally a Wheaties or Total guy but I have to admit I don't trust the big cereal companies any more. These Heritage Flakes are truly great. I highly recommend them.

These flakes are positively yummy. I love the texture and crunch. They’re lightly sweetened, organic and vegetarian, all positive things for me. One cup is very satisfying. I must confess that, like many people, I snack on breakfast cereal sometimes and the flakes make a lovely treat while watching evening TV. I love the ancient grain mixture which is very healthy while also being great tasting. It’s nice when something you like to eat is also good for you. This gets two thumbs up from both my husband and me.

At 74 years of age, this is likely the best breakfast cereal I have ever had. It goes well will fruits and has body to it that makes me feel like I've had a meal that will carry me through a busy morning. My family worked for General Mills and I'm happy to say that while the cereals they produced were filling and healthy, none come close to Heritage Flakes. There are no added sweeteners and it is a wholesome, organic meal. All the packaging is recyclable. As a vegetarian and someone who seeks organic foods, this is a great product.
These breakfast cereal flakes are made of various grains including wheat, barley, spelt and oats. Overall I liked the taste. If you eat them with non-dairy milk, then the meal is vegan. There is added cane sugar, but the flakes do not taste overly sweet. They do not add vitamins and minerals to the cereal, so choosing a nutritious type of milk to put on them will add a lot of micronutrients. But they are a solid source of vegetable protein, carbs, and dietary fiber. I docked them one star because the packaging did not hold up well against the hot, damp climate of Japan, so one box went all skunky on me while in storage.
Hard to find a cold multigrain cereal that's not granola. Nice crunchy flakes texture stays crisp, just add Almond milk and must have Bananas, strawberries and blue berries to start your healthy day. Used to find in grocery stores- had given up till I saw it here. Fills you up and makes you just feel healthy. My favorite.

This is the best cereal I've tasted in a long time. I eat organic. Most of the cereals on the market are full of sugar. I avoided cereal for years. They are sprayed with chemicals. Do your research! I highly recommend this cereal. It has a nice crunch to it. This definitely is my favorite "organic" cereal. I started off with the box cereal, and now I'm purchasing the larger bag cereal. It's more economical.
