Vitamin C complex with bioflavinoids is an excellent blend of ingredients. Also a very powerful antioxidant, no taste and easy on the stomach. I personally prefer the 500 mg, I divide to take through out the day.Vitamin C is a wonderful immunity enhancer. The bottle size is great and lasts for a long time. The size of the caplet is easy to swallow. Vitamin C, always in my daily regimen.

We try to take this daily and when having a cold twice a day. I feel it helps alleviate symptoms or at least shorten the duration of a cold. Easy to swallow capsule. We’ve been taking this brand for years and so have my parents. Good expiry date and good price.

I actually received the 500 mg capsules so I need to take 2 capsules daily. They also have the extra strength product which is 1000 mg per capsule. I have been taking Nature's Way Vitamin C for over 3 years and have been very pleased with the product. My skin seems to be much clearer and it seems to keep my immune system up as I haven't been sick. Thankful that iHerb carried this product when it was not available elsewhere.
If you are looking for a vitamin C capsule with a large amount of bioflavonoids, this is it. 600mg per 1000mg of vitamin C!! Bioflavonoids are great for reducing varicose veins and hemorrhoids and thread veins improving vascular tone. They also enhance the absorption of Vitamin C
Love how this also has bioflavonoids included with the vitamin c. I was taking this after my wisdom teeth surgery because read increased vitamin c can help heal the wound faster. I’m not sure if it healed faster but it’s always good to keep my immunity up while recovering.
So many vitamin C’s forget to include bioflavonoids, so glad to find a superior product that also contains this important addition! I give this to my entire family, we love it, we’ve been healthy and feel good. No upset stomach from taking either. Very easy to tolerate, we take in the morning with breakfast. Love it!
This is deceptive marketing. when Covid hit and Vit C went through the roof they changed this to their 500 Mg C but marketed it as 1000! at half the price! now 2 capsule = 1000!! Swanson never carried the C1000 Biflavanoid until recently. check the C1000 Rose hips! $28 . I have purchased the C1000 Biflav for many years through other suppliers. I didn't even read the container because it was always 1000 mg per capsule! I have been taken half as much as I thought! RIPOFF! Nature's way has gotten out of hand with prices!!
I love this product for myself. It's great for the immune system and doesn't upset my stomach. I only gave it 3 stars because it contains gelatin. My daughter is a vegetarian and I have to buy a different one for her.
